My name is Shelby Henry, I stayed at the fossil creek location for over two years and I’m throughly pissed off and will sue and press federal charges against anyone and everyone who’s currently employed at any Budget Suites of America in the entire United States if I don’t receive my mail or get it forwarded. Management, Joesph and Deidra, at the fossil creek are highly disrespectful, toxic, and some other very unpleasant words for people. Once you leave whether you leave willingly or you’re forced out don’t expect to ever receive your mail/get it forwarded, as it’s “corporate policy” yet it’s a federal crime. Many people have mentioned being walked in on at any point and I will agree that this is true, I have been walked in on numerous occasions even though they claim to have put a 24hr notice on the door 99.999999% of the time they don’t put one or they put it on less than 12 hours before they walk in(again against the law). They say they do background checks, I highly doubt it and I say that based on the fact of how many drug dealers, drug users, and thieves that live there. For example, my boyfriend stayed with me for the weekend of my birthday last year and all of his catalytic converters were stolen off his truck. I definitely would not recommend Budget Suites to anyone. Someone from corporate, or hell even the owner, better get in touch with me ASAP before this becomes a federal case. Will attach where it even says that they are responsible for forwarding mail.

The last few days have really hectic on our hall in building D. Due to a kid who rents here pulling and waving her gun around in the hall. Management team did nothing so the cops were who also did nothing about it. Charlie I just was off so this morning when he comes back on shift he proceeded to wake us up cussing at my mom who answered the door. He's in his 39s he should know better to speak to a disabled the way he did. He had no restraint and something should be done not only about that but your tenants waving a gun on a hall that is full of children is unacceptable

I stayed briefly at Budget Suites of America, Empire Central, Dallas, Tx. I paid for a new lock, $51.38, I moved 4 days later and it still had not been changed. I have been requesting a refund everyday for the last 3 days and amazingly enough “a Manager” is never available to speak with me in reference to the same. I understand the “no rent refund” and the ridiculous “No deposit” refund, but I paid for a service that was never provided. Please respond in reference to the same. Thank you for your time. You guys so much wanna go by oh we don't take late payments and WE ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO PAY ON TIME. We'll than you'll need to get hot water 24 hrs not just from 7am to 3 pm. Every single roach needs to be gone. I got several pictures of dead roaches in cabinets and so on. And we need HEAT not just 75 degrees. If you'll want rent on time we'll we want this on time If not I will be taking this to the city in these run down nasty place

Hello I want to inform someone that there is a known felon living on the property in The Colony, Tx. His name is Donald Williams he is in building B apt 3014. He's been to prison and the management there never done a background check on him. I've seen him rob a young man yesterday inside the gas station next door and take his belongings with what I assume was a gun in his jacket. There are children that live here on this property and having those type of dangerous people on property makes it unsafe for everyone. Please someone look into this individual before someone else ends up in a bad situation because of this man.

My stove hasn’t worked in 2 months and I told management and they threatened to evict me cuz of it and I feel like they don’t do there Job right I haven’t paid my rent because I’m trying to buy my own stove because they don’t want to fix the one in my apartment it even caught fire and I told them that to but still no stove so I feel I shouldn’t have to pay rent until it’s fixed or anything I have been here for over a year

I have rented from Budget suites for four years in 2018 to 2021 plus I rented from them on Forest Lane in Dallas Texas for 2 years it had no problems whatsoever I would like to rent from Budget and my results Andy would be me to like to rent from Budget suites again very soon and you can reach me at [protected] I would love to rent some Budget suites again so I admire requesting is could I be taking off the band list for blacklist please to where I can rent again I am very well I'm so security thank you so much I left my phone number in there so you can thank you

9/23 around 8:30pm. I called the front desk to complain about someone screaming in the room above mine. The female front office staff answered and when I made the noise complaint, she was like "yeah, they have a kid in that apartment." For me, this is irrelevant and undermining my complaint. I asked if she can have security go by to tell the person to stop screaming. She said she would and just hung up. The person was still screaming, so I called the front desk again because they close at 9pm. The same female clerk answered and I asked if security went to the person's room because they were still screaming. She said yes. She didnt appear helpful and didnt want to help. I asked does security have a direct number since the person is still screaming and I am trying to sleep and there are other people in my room as well. She said no. I said so I have to call the cops then. She said yes. I hung up and just had law enforcement deal with it. This place is a dump and there are people in transition that needs something temporary to get to their next place such as myself. If this place is suppose to be a hotel/apartment then they need to be accountable to assist their customers.

I am a previous tenant and don't know how to go about getting my deposit refunded due to the office staff.

I was behind on the weekly rent and working on it. I let the office assistant manager know I was waiting for my son-in-law (who's a truck driver) to get into town and gave her a specific time. She and one other staff member proceeded to follow me whenever I left my little apt. A friend and I went to the 7-Eleven next to the property and she followed me around the store and saw that I purchased my drinks with an EBT card, after I went outside my friend bought cigarettes and I barely shut my door when she was knocking on it demanding rent again and told me that there was people waiting for the room. I was going to go into the office and fill out the paperwork but friends that lived (and still live there) had been told if I was on the property again for any reason they would be kicked out. This has affected my work as well as my friendship. Being stalked is not the only issue its preventing the deposit from being refunded. I call to talk to Matt, the manager, and she answers she hangs up on me. She's neglecting her managerial duties, showing prejudice towards more than myself, my friends and many other people that live their and being majorly unprofessional
