I have received numerous tow violations for my vintage 67 pontiac. It seem as if the security officer doesn't like my car as to only seeing me never having so much as a conversation. as uno my pontiac is worth over 20k . I have a close friend who was in need of temporary housing until she got back on her feet . So I pay for her hotel stay at the budget suites. I registered my car with the hotel and I sometimes leave it parked for days due to owning other vehicles. There's a Firestone located next door in which I got an oil change from. They didn't tighten the filter it leaked and left an oil spot in which management told me I would have to fixed or it would be towed . It was fixed the next business day. I returned from an hr trip in my car and it over heated and I had run off ( its just water) . In which I was tagged for a leak . Then this 3/31/2023 notice that didnt appear til 2-3pm 3/1/2023 and my car was towed for no tags. This is considered a high crime area so I keep my tag inside the vehicle rear window passenger left. The tow reason also said hydraulic jack under vehicle. I jacked the car up to due to preventive maintenance. Wheel valve needed to be tighten so that I wouldn't lose air I used the jack to elevate tire pressure. After refilling my tire I did drive off and forgot I left the jack under the car appon arrival I removed it and placed it in my trunk. Checked my tires and went to bed. I got up and left for work at 730 am no notice seen on vehicle. 230pm I was told by my friend and tenant I had a notice on my car no tag on jack . My reply was the jack is in the trunk and the tag is In the window and doesn't exp til 2025

I woke up got dressed went to jump in my baby for a Saturday night ride and she's gone 😩 😫 dude where's my car . Since the reason in which it was towed they should return my vehicle free of charge without damages if not we will be meeting in court promptly

I had rented room 1104 on 10/24/19 for one week and paid $545.00, not 12 hours later I contacted the manager and explained that I would have to go out of town and would not be needing the room and asked if I could get a partial refund, to which I was told no. I did not spend a single night, and am now out $545.00. No credit for a future stay, no partial refund. I would have been more than happy to pay for half a week as I did think and would have been glad to stay, but now have such a bad taste in my mouth, feel somewhat violated and taken advantage of. The property is at capacity and they should have no problem in renting out the room. Very shady.

Im not going to go into detail on this page. I need a call back immediately before i contact a lawyer. And submit the many affidavit from 6 residence. The colony property is ridiculous and yall are worried about the wrong things and felons and this and that. I have tried contacted yall amd nothing back. Your manager there is one unperfessional ghetto unclassy so called manager. I cant belive you allow them to dress that way. But what needs discussed go further then that. I would appriciate a call back . thank u
