I never been charged so much for water, sewage, and trash
I never been charged so much for water, sewage, and trash. I lived in many places and this is the most ridiculous overcharging I seen. They charge a big "administrative" fee to pay the bill that can't be waived or bypassed. Can't even get in touch with them. Truly an awful utility company that wasn't explained to me before I moved into *** apartment complex.

This company is a total nightmare, I wouldn't give them a single star
This company is a total nightmare, I wouldn't give them a single star. They're a bunch of liars! In May, I got a bill for $1300, which is insane because I've been living in my two-bedroom apartment for over a year and my water bill is usually only $150-$200. I told them there must be a mistake, but they sent in an apartment handyman who found nothing. I've been fighting with them for months now, but they won't answer the phone or emails. There's no building to go to talk to anyone either. Now, they won't even take my rent until this outrageous bill is paid. I found out that Oakwood Management and Buckeye Utility are owned by the same people. I've contacted the Attorney General and Public Commission, but I don't seem to be getting anywhere.
Since I moved into my new apartment, paying my water bill has been a big stress
Since I moved into my new apartment, paying my water bill has been a big stress. I'm trying to pay my second bill since moving in, but it's impossible to pay and get in contact with somebody. My first bill, my payment was rejected. After finally getting in contact with someone, they told me my bank account numbers weren't correct, but after triple checking my numbers, I found no errors, but was forced to pay a $40 payment rejection fee. $40! On top of my bill. Now with my second bill, my account isn't authorized to pay unless I contact them. They told me after I had to send a money order to their address that my account would be good to go from now on. Plus, how am I supposed to contact them if they don't answer the phone!? They have very short business hours, which makes it difficult to call because I have a job, and when I am able to call during their business hours, nobody ever picks up. I have to leave voicemails and hope someone calls back. If my payment ends up being late and they try charging a late fee because THEY won't call me back or answer the phone, I'm filing a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com. This is seriously ridiculous.
