Horrible hair
I wanted to salon for face framing highlights, cut to bangs, blow dry and flat iron. The stylist didn't do face framing highlights as discussed, she also didn't get color right.So she tried to correct it. Next she cut my bangs without asking me how long I wanted them. She gave me short uneven bangs that land at the middle of my forehead. My hair is curly and she didn't know how to come it. It got so bad I started giving her direction, it was getting too painful to bear so I started coming my own hair . This took 3 hours and I left with wet hair put in fat twists, uneven cut; not the straight flat ironed hair i came in for. I had to go. The stylist needs training and should practice on a doll. I feel like should have paid me $150 not vice versa. Attached is an embarrassing pick of me with horrible salon styled hair!

I feel this business is racist
This Korean Hairstylist was making racist remarks about how my Whole Indian race is cheap and nasty and rude and always late. She was making derogatory remarks against the race while she has been doing my hair for awhile. She commented that they need to change since this is not their country. She was generalizing the whole race. Granted I was late for appointments all she had to do was not take me anymore. I feel this business is racist.
Worst Salon. Charges are horrible. They are robbing money from people. Never go there.

Who's stereotyping now? You had 1 bad experience with 1 woman and now you're saying "I hope THEY deserve the money..."
I believe that since you were irritated upon your arrival at the salon, it didn't matter if the woman gave you the best haircut in the world. No matter what, it wasn't going to be good enough and you were going to complain. Maybe she was about to get off work and didn't want to stay late, but her manager made her do it just to make you happy.
Also, are you a good tipper? If you are not or do not tip at all, you will not find many people who are excited to perform a service for you when half of their paycheck comes from tips. If you were a generous tipper, people would recognize you when you come back and have no problem staying late to service you.

I have a complaint against thuy hair stylist at Tysons corner 1mall I went there aftr an uneven layers to be fixed the manager was there but acted like she doesn't exist I told them about my problem and this Vietnamese stylist said she will take me in an hour go and come back I did she refused to take me for no reasons or explanations she was working with another clients she rejected taking me she was very mean rude nasty I felt unsafe talking to her finally after the manager get involved she took me but unfortunately her work on my hair was worse a disaster I hate the way she cut my hair cutting dogs and cats hair we do better work than she did this unprofessional woman thuy
