Browze Disappointed with Browze.com: No Delivery of "I Love You More" Spoon

I order spoon that say I love you more long time back to Browze.com site and still no spoon. Me is so let down and can't even figure out where to check on my order.

Browze Terrible Customer Service Experience with Browze.com: A Warning for Online Shoppers

Browze.com ain't good, y'all. When you've got a problem and reach out to their customer service, it's like talking to a wall. And even if they finally answer, all they do is waste your time 'cause they can't fix squat. And to make things worse, sometimes they just shut down the ticket without even solving the problem, leaving you high and dry. It's a joke, really.

I had ordered some stuff from them and they messed it up completely. No updates and the package was days late. I reached out to them and the response took forever. Finally, I get an answer and the issue still isn't fixed. They're telling me they don't know what's going on with my order and can't give me any specifics. What kind of answer is that? I'm basically stuck waiting and wondering what's going on with my package.

But the cherry on top was that once they finally closed the ticket, they didn't even bother to ask me if everything was fixed or if I needed any more help. How rude is that? It's like I didn't matter.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Browze at all. Bad service, bad communication, and a waste of time and money. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else that values their customers.

Browze Disappointed with Browze Order: Paid for 6 Items, Received Only 2, Seeking Refund or Missing Items

ughhhh omg i was so hype for my browze order but when it came, only got TWO things when i paid for SIX. like what the heck? where are my other items that i paid for? anyways the stuff that did come was pretty good quality, but like i want my other stuff or my money back. who do i even contact for this?

Browze Disappointing Purchase of Wooden Stubborn Man from Browze & Unresponsive Customer Service

Got this wooden stubborn man from Browze last November 2019 and to be honest, it wasn't what I was expecting. I've reached out to the company a few times now to ask for a refund on the item as I was really unhappy with it, but I still haven't heard back from them.

Browze Disappointing experience with Browze - low quality and poor customer service. Look elsewhere

ok, so i tried out browze and gotta say, wasn't happy with the experience. the stuff i got was not exactly top-notch quality, and to top it off they didn't even send me all the stuff i needed to get it working right. and when i tried to get them to replace it? nothing. they just left me hanging. if only i had done my research before diving in, i would have saved myself some trouble. so all in all, i'd say you're better off looking elsewhere.

Browze Poor Customer Service Experience with Browze.com

I wanted to give Browze.com a try for my Christmas shopping this year and ordered a gift for my hubby. But it didn't come. I got a bit worried, so I shot off an email to customer service explaining that I never received the delivery they promised. They replied to me saying that it had actually been picked up - but I hadn't seen it anywhere! I was feeling a bit frustrated at this point. I told them that I hadn't got my goods and now they're not responding to me at all. It's like they've suddenly shut me out!

Browze Browze.com Review: Long Wait, Inconvenient Returns & Trust Issues

So I decided to give Browze.com a try and boy oh boy, was I in for a ride. I placed an order back in November of last year, and didn't receive the item until February! Like what the heck, man?! I was so bummed out because I was totally expecting it to be a gift for someone, but ended up having to go somewhere else to get it.

Like, okay, they do accept returns, but here's the kicker--you have to send it all the way back to China AND they won't give you your refund until they receive it back. It's like they don't even trust that I'm being honest or something! And let's not even talk about the hassle of trying to ship something all the way across the world.

I mean, I get that it's probably cheaper for them to operate that way, but come on. Couldn't they at least give me a partial refund or something before receiving the item? Ugh, I just can't even with these online stores sometimes.

Browze Disappointed with Fake Hydroflask from Browze, but Impressed with Customer Service

So, I was just browsing through Browze.com, looking for some cool stuff to buy. I found this amazing hydroflask that looked so real, I couldn't help but add it to my cart. The packaging had some weird name printed on it, but I didn't care much about it. I just wanted my cool new flask.

After a few days, the package arrived and I was so excited to open it. I pulled out the flask and it looked pretty good at first glance. But then, a friend of mine who owns a real hydroflask came over and told me that mine was a fake.

At first, I didn't believe her. I mean, how could Browze sell fake products? But then, I examined the flask more closely and realized that it did look slightly different from the real one. I felt embarrassed and cheated.

I decided to reach out to Browze's customer service to complain about the fake product. To my surprise, they were super helpful and understanding. They apologized for the mistake and offered me a full refund. I was relieved and grateful.

Overall, while I was disappointed with the fake hydroflask, I was impressed with Browze's customer service. They made things right and showed that they care about their customers. Despite the mistake, I would still consider shopping with them again in the future.
