Yea sure they got me some money but the attorney they had on my case was a strait up dick he treated me like [censored] like a walking checkbook he lied to me multiple times which I have proof in writing of then when I confronted and demanded an explanation he just ignored me as he has done the entire time I was his client I have asked for copies of documents from my case and also detailed expense reports all which no one ever responded to me this firm made over $300k off me yet I was treated like a piece of trash

They continually lied to us they lost pertinent information they lie to the people out there they don't care about their customer in any way shape or form risperdal as well as the physical issues causes mental health issues they know this the risperdal claim was supposed to be a case-by-case that's what we were promised after 15 years and a bunch of stupid stuff and continually asking for the same stuff over and over again sending out mobile notaries that did not need to be done I literally just racking up everything they can to take as much as they can they brag about their 8 million case that was for one person and you see my sons would have been easily and 8 million dollar case but they chose to sweep him as well as $7,000 other clients under the bus and out of each one of these clients they're not just taking the 40% they're clear up to 60% for no reason this company is nothing but greed and if this page will allow me I will post a picture of the breakdown of the measly 52,000 they want to give my son for his life his life and a third time his life Arnold and it can has decided is worth no more than 52,871.69 well each and everyone have become billionaires over what they've done to these people now you figure out 9,000 of them with $109,344 settlement and out of each one of those they're only given the client at 52,871 not only that but when they reach this class settlement they called these people on the phone knowing these people have mental disabilities due to this medication that Arnold and it can was supposed to be their attorney for and they tell these people that they have to sign these papers or they get nothing the first thing they force their clients to sign is a release of a liability to Johnson & Johnson pharmaceutical that is not an attorney for their client that's an attorney for Johnson & Johnson so not only did they uphold and defend Johnson & Johnson under the pretense of being an attorney against them they literally threw these people under the bus they have each become billionaires and they are so greedy they're still taking 60% of each one of these children's money and these children have to live the rest of their life 52,000 is not s***

Called them from overseas about a offshore accident. Sensitive information was requested, which I sent. The girl with my request was never available in the office. At least 3 messages with the receptionist and never called back. Mailed them many times, and they never replied. Too much funky stuff in their website, but not even the decency of calling back and refusing a case. If they take your case... good luck not being left aside for something more... "easy money". Now I know how "professional" those big talkers are.

I tried fixing my credit score with Arnold & Itkin, but changed my mind and tried cancelling after 6 days to get my full refund and they refused to give me my money back. They did absolutely nothing for me at all for 6 days yet they get to keep my money. I don't think so, I need that money back and want to report their scam to anyone who hasn't used them yet.
