Am staying at the prince of wales at southport wich I often stay my 12 year old child tried to get me a chair to watch entertainment he aggressively took chair from her and when I said she Is only 12 he physically assaulted me by pushing me I should of rang police he then accused me of telling him to foff wich I did not how dear he speak to me or a child of 12 years of age like that am discusted and ashamed he had treated us in that way we go under booking of glover and book continuously for years at your hotel he is aggressive abusive and a disgrace I will never stay at that hotel he needs customer service training and people skills am not happy with the service the way we have been treated it's disgusting you have other guests who saw and also commented on the way he was so it's not just me I'm also phoning the police as am not being pushed by someone who obviously has an attitude problem he physically assaulted me and was rude and aggressive to a 12 year old child in front of a lounge full of people am discusted we have done nothing wrong and never have in all the years we have stayed here he should not ever be treating anyone the way he did

Desired outcome: He should be sacked if you continue to have people like that working for you and your company it's a disgrace and we won't be staying here again I hope he's sacked as no one deserves to be spoken to or physically touched or pushed by anyone
