This biz gave me false info bout a product. I complained and they said they'd give me my money back. It's been 2.5 months and they still haven't done it. I'm so mad they're not taking it seriously. The product is Auto Trader software and I just want my cash back.

july 9th i paid BWO $3500 for an Auto Trader bot file. They said it would make me money but it didn't work and i lost money. i asked for a refund but they said no refunds. lots of other people bought it too and we all lost money. i just want my $3500 back. help me get my money back.

I bought the BWO Auto Trader thingy on 07/08, but I couldn't download it 'cause some bad stuff happened. So, I contacted BWO support and told them I wanted a refund 'cause I never got to use the thing. They said they'd give refunds to unhappy buyers on 10/17, but I haven't heard anything since December. The thing is, I'm not unhappy, I just don't wanna use it and want my money back. They said there's only a limited number of auto traders available and each one has a special trace I.D., so it can't be used on more than one device. I just want my refund so someone else can use it. My order number is XXXXXXX and I paid $2,750.00.
