PARTNERS FINANCIAL didn't check if I owed money when I asked them to, which is against the law, and they kept telling the Credit Bureaus I owed money even though I said I didn't: that's against the law too. They didn't send me any letters asking for money, and they didn't answer my questions about if I owed money. They keep telling the Credit Bureaus I owe money even though I said I didn't. I'm so tired of this! They need to stop!

Hey ComplaintsBoard.com, I need help with this company. I ain't got no contract with this debt buyer. I wanna know: 1) What's this account balance for? 2) Show me the whole Audit Trail calculation of this balance, with the complete payment history on this account, so I can see if the amount is right. 3) Prove to me that I agreed to pay this debt with my signature and show me the paperwork that says I gave you permission to report this to my credit report. If you don't have my consent and you're using my social security number without my permission, that's identity theft and I'll report you for it. 4) Show me the Agreement that lets you collect on this debt. 5) Give me a copy of your state license, with the license number that lets you collect in my state. 6. (The purchase agreement) 7. (Swear under penalty of perjury you were present during the alleged debt) If PARTNERS COL can't give me all of this, then I want this debt gone and taken off my credit profile. According to the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (15 USC 1692c), you gotta stop talking to me about this debt. That includes written letters, phone calls, and telling any consumer reporting agencies about this account. I demand that you delete this tradeline from all consumer reporting agencies right now.

Partners Financial Services (http://www.partners-mo.com/) is doing some shady business in Georgia. They're acting like a debt collector without a license, and they put a fake debt on my credit report for $10,058. It's been ruining my life for four years! They even pretended to be lawyers to scare me into paying them. The original creditor on my credit report is called *** but that's a lie too. You won't find them on the Georgia Secretary of State website because they're not a real business. They're just trying to hide the fact that they're breaking the law. Don't trust Partners Financial Services or ***. Check with your state's Secretary of State website before you give them any money!
