I have been a loyal Breyers Ice Cream follower I raised on Breyers Vanilla ice cream I’m 65 so it’s been a while I understand the need to diversify and tolerated your ventures to “creamy”, “homemade”, “ lactose free”, and “natural” vanilla I love the ice because of your liberal use of vanilla bean and the texture of old fashioned ice cream.

Has this quest for change done away with my favorite ice cream? Please tell me what ice I can buy that has vanilla beans visible and not a slimy texture. I realize each to their own in taste but please tell me where I can buy your original recipe if it’s available? What name does go by?

My grandmother introduced me to Breyers and you know grandmother’s always have the best stuff

On 1/22022 I purchased mint chocolate chip ice cream from shop rite in rockaway nj.

This ice cream had no mint flavor at all n it tasted like vanilla chocolate chip ice cream.

I still have the half gallon of ice cream for your inspection and would like a replacement from another batch of the ice cream.

I didn’t take this ice cream back to shop rite because i didn’t want the same batch # of ice cream.

I am disappointed in this product. At first I though it was a little end of batch mistake. This is my fifth time getting only chocolate ice cream with no peanut butter.
I reached out to customer service on the prior three and they gave me two coupons for free ice cream.
Now here is two more boxes with the same problem. Sounds like there needs to be a recall.

I bought 2 1/2 gallons of Bryers fudge ripple NO ripple Ice cream was greyish color .Flavor Bad As the picture showes should be Vanilla ice creame with fudge stripe thrue it.Told Giant Eagle they saID THEY WOULD REFUND IF BROUGHT BACK.i LIVE 15 MILES FROM STORE A PAIN TO TRAVEL BACK AND FORTH FOR ICE CREAME. i THOUGHT YOU WOULD DO THAT.i AM 84 YEARS OLD AND ONE FINGER WRITER sO FORGET IT IF BRYERS IS THAT KIND OF COMPANY FORGET IT i WONT BUY MORE.

My son wanted some ice cream, so I grabbed his favorite, Butter Pecan. WOW, has the quality changed for the worse.
The pecans in the ice cream tasted very bitter! All of them! Oh, except I think I did have one good pecan. Is the competition beating you out? Are the ingredients too expensive? Can't you find any good pecans? Well, thanks for a few good years of ice cream, but now I'll look to other brands.

I purchase this flavor and brand all the time. We eat it almost every night. Purchased some tonight at Safeway in Green Valley Az. I could not even finish the bowl I had. It is very very fine grit in it. It coated my teeth. Was so so bad. This was not ice crystals. Terrible. What is wrong with it? I would take it back to store but threw receipt away.. I won't but it from that store now for fear it is the whole shipment they got.

Bought butter pecan ice cream from Ingles Mkt, Blueridge, GA. The pecans were so old and bitter had to spit out. Just thought you should know. On box said was good thru 2/23. I am a Beyers fan but this was awful.

I've been buying Breyers Ice Cream Ball my life as my mother as I was a child growing up by his ice cream has changed in the last year they have made that container smaller and the price keeps going up and up fudge swirl you get a little bit of fudge here and there in a box of vanilla ice cream recently I bought a vanilla chocolate I had one for vanilla 3/4 chocolate ice cream chocolate ice cream and the same goes for the polian you get 2/3 strawberry 1/3 vanilla and 1/3 chocolate I mean for this kind of money just to get your s*** out you doing to people when I buy a bunch of ice cream that gives me to Flavors I want elf and hell if it's three flavor I want 1/3 1/3 + 1/3 what's so hard about that

I brought 3 different ice cream. Peach cobbler, vanilla swirl and chocolate strawberry and vanilla. And the ice cream doesn't have the good taste like it use to! You have lost a customer! Your ice cream use to be the best! And iam very disappointed and I will not buy anymore!

Lots of peanut butter ice cream, with little flavor, and hardly any chocolate ice cream. Also, they advertise that resses peanut butter cups and mini peices are included but hardly any discernible pieces were seen and the minis were sparingly applied.

This is the second disappointing container in an many months…. Whats going on over there? I have eaten breyers all my life and have never been so dissatisfied.

Bryers Natural Vanilla was dvertised as 1.5 quarts which is 48 ounces. Actual weight is 28 ounces! Bryers is charging almost double the price for advertised weight!

Sometimes you come across a very bitter pecan in your product. It is so bitter you don't want to eat anymore please try to test for taste before releasing it to the public very disappointed in this particular product since the ice cream itself is very good.I have brought Breyer brand ice cream for as long as I can remember but lately I have had multiple bad experiences with this flavor so much so that I feel inclined to let the public know and not to buy anymore Breyer products

I purchase this product, Breyers Chocolate Peanut butter cup a few times and while sometimes I've noticed that they skimp on the peanut butter and it's not nearly as good as Turkey Hill brand (this store doesn't carry it), I've had no major complaints until tonight. I purchased a half gallon at Hannaford supermarket and I got home to dig into it I found that there was not a single drop of peanut butter sauce in the entire carton. It was plain chocolate, I even dumped out the entire carton into a large bowl and stirred every inch of just to make sure. Nope. Plain Chocolate. i've noticed on this board that Breyers has had many, many complaints about your ice cream not having any of the items as described. I have never in my life (I'm 51 years old) opened a manufactured product and gotten a completely different product than what was on the box. I don't know how Breyers could consistently screw things up like this and their ice cream isn't cheap! I grew up on Breyers ice cream but I'm saying goodbye now. It has changed for the worst. I want my money back so I can go buy a carton of Turkey Hill or Friendly's. I have attached a picture of the box and receipt as proof of purchase.

I purchased a 1/2 gallon container of all natural Breyers strawberry ice cream. We purchase this flavor regularly so when I opened carton and the ice cream looked white instead of pink I thought it was odd. Scooping deeper was no different. There is a hint of strawberry pieces but the flavor is 90% vanilla. I'm sure I could return to store but that a lot of trouble to get it there without melting everywhere

Purchased a 1/2 gallon of vanilla fudge ice cream and when I opened it, I realized it was missing about 20% of the product. I was shocked. This is the second time I have had a problem with Breyers. The first time I bought the vanilla fudge and it was 99% vanilla. I spend more money for your product and expect a better product, not an inferior one. It will be difficult to purchase your product again.

I bought a container of the Butter Pecan, sugar free ice cream and the pecans in it tasted old. We ate the ice cream but picked out the pecans, which defeats the purpose of buying Bitter "Pecan". When you pay good money for a 1/2 gallon of ice cream, you'd think that it would be enjoyable and pick out the pecans.

I purchased this ice cream because of the lovely crunches in the middle i opened the carton to see none. I scooped to the bottom incase there were any down there and there were none. this has never happened before

Neapolitan we bought 2 -1/2gallon cartons of ice cream and both were missing strawberry never had it happen before and can't believe it happen 2 times in a row Not sure if there's anything that could be done but wanted to let you know. I bought Cookie Dough ice cream with the chocolate chunks in it and it literally had no cookie dough. Anywhere inside of it. Doesn't make sense when that's what I bought it for!
