Bravofly flight booking not confirm

HELLO. I have booked ticket with this company and they are not providing me conformation email and my booking only shows reserved and when i call directly airline they told me there is not any booking under my name and also that flight is fully booked with others passengers, than i ring bravofly help center in australia its not working than i search on google and find out others number and ring them in U.K office they told me they are working on this booking but what a incredible joke they answering that they are working on this but i already confirm with airline there is no booking under my name. looks like one more SCAM by bravofly. i check other review about this company all negative SCAMMMER

Bravofly flight cancelation and refund

Date of cancelation: 21st July. Time: 3:45pm Calgary time

Description of incident: I got to the counter to check-in for my Calgary to Dammam flight which was to pass through Frankfort via Instanbul via Dammam but was told that we (family of 5) don't have a flight from Instanbul to Dammam as it could not be seen in the Air canada system and as such we were not going to be allowed to travel.

All efforts to contact Bravofly assistant couldnt work out so we decided to cancel the flight based on the Air Canada counter staff. Flight was canceled at 3:45pm before the flight and i received a confirmation email from Air canada stating that the enter flight (from Calgary to Dammam) was canceled as they they refused to allow us board since there's no flight with our names from Istanbul to Dammam.

I called bravofly afterwards and your staff dropped the phone on me while explaining the incident but was insisting that it was a 'No-show' in the system.

I am asking for a refund for my return trip for 5 people from Calgary to Dammam.

I had to book another airline to enable me catch up with work in Sunday in Dammam.

Bravofly Unable to change my flight dates

I had booked my flights for 22 july 2022 from BLR to LHR and returned. I requested to change the dates and I have done this multiple times. but every time I send them a request they reply back saying the dates suggested are not available, If I ask the customer care advisor to give me a date which is available as I am willing to travel on the available date they are not giving me the dates they are instead asking me to submit another date.

Bravofly a lot of service charge by bravofly when my flight was cancelled by the airline

I booked BA flight to italy through bravofly unfortunately the flight was cancelled by BA. after few weeks of time, i got an email from bravofly providing 3 refund options : first is to refund with travel credit, second one with voucher, and last one refund by airline. I want to pick option 3 because i'm not sure when will be my next trip. But option 3 comes with a service charge , in my case was 105 pounds (i paid 936 pounds for this booking) . I found this too much and i couldn't find any term and condition mentioning such charge. I talked to Bravofly (online chat) , so disappointing that they couldn't answer me who is charging this 105 pounds (airline or bravofly). The online agent only repeating they refund what airline refund. I tried to seek advice to BA, but again no proper way to talk to them because i booked tickets through agent.

Bravofly customer service is disappointing, i talked to two agents. They closed the conversation before you get your answer. This is awful. I'm very regretted to use this agent and would never use it again. until now, i still no idea who and why they charge me 105 pounds.

Desired outcome: would like to know who and why they charge me 105 pounds. i found this too much as it's 10% of my booking. would like to get an proper explanation on this charge.

Bravofly Refund not received

I had cancelled my booking ([protected], [protected]) over a week ago and I am still waiting for refund. Now, they are saying that it will take from 15 days to 2 months for refund. I don't understand why they charge 40$ handling fee if they can not do it on time. Credit card company will charge me very high interest rate now because I don't get my refund on time. I have called their customer service many times, and explained my situation. But, they have standard response and ask you to wait. Stay away from these scam websites Bravofly/lastminute, otherwise you will regret forever.

Bravofly Incorrect cancellation of my flight

I booked 4 tickets of Air Canada flight from New Delhi to Saint John, Canada for my family. Now 24 days before the flight I received a cancellation email from bravofly. However there is still ticket available uptil Montreal. I am trying to contact Bravofly but there is no official email address and no phone number for India available on their site.

Desired outcome: Since there is still flight available up till Montreal, request you to atleast provide those tickets and refund the rest amount as cancelling the complete ticket will be very expensive for me.

Bravofly Booking Cancellation

We are due to take our vacation which i purchased our tickets 6months early. One week before our outbound flight we received an email that my booking is cancelled due to all flight cancellations which is not true. I countlessly check thru the airline carrier the status of flights.10 persons from our group kept their original booking while ours were not. It is clearly that Bravoly/Lastminute sold our seats to someone else. I received a propsosal of an alternative flight which is so impossible to accept because there is a difference of one day late arrival to our destination and we have stay at the airport for 12hours to wait for our connecting flight. Our hotels reservations and vehicules are all set and i am travelling with 2persons with health problems whom the other one is 82years old.

Desired outcome: Keep my original booking.

I am Aneesh Francis. I booked 5 tickets for my family from Riyadh to cochin through bravofly on air India flight on 31 march 2020. Bravofly Booking ID [protected]

Good day on the 19 of may I do a purchase for flights to cape town and back to jhb through bravofly. They send me the confirmation that we have to use kulula mn 111 and kuluta mn 104 for the flights. In die beginning of june we get an email that comair and kulula are under liqudation. We immediately contact bravofly who promise by various email that they will look for alternative flights for us. Nothing happen I write one email after another and ask them when I will received the alternative flights but nothing happen. I phone that cost me a lot of money still noting happen they on promise to call back but up till now not one call from them. This morning I call again and ask them to canselled the flight after I spoke to or tumbo and they confirm that kulula did not fly at all. The guy I talk to said he will canselled it and sent us a voucher code. I try to do new bookins because this is only airlink, cemair, flysair, lifte and sa airways that fly to cape town. But if I want to put in the voucher code it does not eccept it. I call bravofly again and explain it to them and ask the rather to refund me to do the booking that they refuse to do becase the booking must be done through them. I ask if they will do the booking because we must fly on the 1st of july but up till now no answer to my email or call of live chat. We really does not now what to do now so we ask your help for a refund to do the booking or they must do the booking for us.

Your help will be highly appreciated.

My flight was booked with Kulula from Johannesburg to Cape Town on 1st July and back on 13 July. It was paid on 19th May.

It seems that Kulula is under liquadation and dont fly any more

You send me a user code. To use this voucher you must do a booking for me

Will you please help me with this problem It is very urgent please

Good day on the19 th of may 3022 i purchase flights to cape town and back to johannesburg through Bravofly for the amount of R5700 . bravofly send me a email with confirmation booking with kulula airline flight MN 111 and MN 104. In the beginning of June we received an email that comair and kulula are under liqidation till furher notice and will not fly anymore.immediately we email bravofly with the information. They email us back they will look for us for alternative flights and keep us posted. Nothing happen and every second day i email to remind them of our flights. Everytime they promise to keep us posted of alternative flights. The nearer our departure i start panic because they still gave me the same answer. I phone johannesburg airline and they confirm kulula did not fly anymore. I made various calls to them that cost me a lot of money to explain to them that kulula does not fky anymore. Johannesburg gave me the names of the airlines that fly at the moment namely Airlink, Cemair, Flysair, Lift and SA airline.so i ask them tovp refund me so that i could do another booking for us because the problem are on their side because they were not honest with us. They send me a voucher code to use but not one of the airlines will except it. I made another call to them and explain the situation to them they said they must do the booking through Bravofly to use the voucher. They promise 3 times to phone me back to help me do the new bookings. Everytime they take my phone number with the code to phone but up till now nothing happen. I also have three or four live chats with them and explain the whole story to them. Everytime the person on the live chat take my email address and telephone number and promise someone or somebody will phone me in an hours time to help us. Up till now nothing happen. We have to fly to cape town for an 80 year birthday on thec 1st of July. We will appreciate if they can do the booking through them by one of the airlines we sent them. If they could not do it can they pay the money that we pay them for the tickets on the 19 of May back in our bank so that we can do the booking by ourselves. Because we have to fly to cape town on the 1st of July. You urgent help will be appreciated.

Bravofly The airline cancelled my flight but it's been almost 4 months and Bravofly won't refund me

I have booked a flight to Geneva around January and have been notified late February that the airline has cancelled my flight. I then proceeded with asking to be refunded.

It has been nearly 4 months that this has been going on and when I call, all they tell me is that the refund is processing and they're waiting for the airline to refund them for them to pay me.

Does it really take this long to get a refund? And why do I have to wait this long for the airline when I booked with Bravofly?

Bravofly Would not reschedule nor fully refund

I made a booking incorrectly as there were 2 flights (3:55 AM and 3:40 PM) both displayed as Standard time online. Tried to explain to Bravofly that it's impossible for me to fly at 3:55 AM and requested to reschedule for the 3:40PM same day, same Airline (Turkish Airline).Bravofly claimed that said flight time doesn't exists even though I checked online and seats are available. Requested for full refund but Bravofly refused. Tried to explain to Bravofly that it is impossible for me to take the 3:55 AM flight because my flight to Athens will arrive at 10:30 AM but Bravofly would not even entertain it. I am lodging this complaint as they were unhelpful and would not even look at other flights, and most of all refused to fully refund me.

Bravofly Flights

I've booked tickets to fly from Melbourne to London leaving this Saturday, 18th of June. As you can imagine, this is my first trip back home to see my family in 3 years. It's not only a very exciting and highly anticipated trip, it also holds a lot of emotion given the context of the last 3 years.

Last night I contacted Bravofly using their live chat function to ask some questions about check-in and baggage. The live chat agent randomly cut the connection midway through the conversation, so I started a new one and got the answers I was looking for.

A short time later I received an email from Bravofly saying that they had cancelled my booking and had requested that a refund be processed. I then received a further email a short time after that from lastmninute.com advising that my request to cancel my booking had been processed. At no point in any of my interactions had I asked for them to cancel my booking.

I then immediately went back onto live chat and asked for someone to call me. I was provided with a number for the lastminute.com group to call, so I placed a call to them. I spoke to an agent who told me that I must have requested the cancellation and that there was no error on their end. The agent from the live chat had made a note that I had requested the cancellation. I told the agent that this is strictly not the case and I need my flight reinstated immediately. He refused, stating that I had made the request or someone has obtained my details and made the request on my behalf. I asked to speak to his manager, he said that they were all in meetings and that he would request a callback. I refused to accept this, and the agent ended up cutting the call.

I then called again and spoke to another agent. She essentially told me the same thing but put in a request for the management to look into it and get back in touch. The time frame she provided was 48 hours, which I explained was unacceptable given I was meant to be flying in 4 days time. She said that she would leave a note but there was nothing she could do. Again, I asked to speak to a manager there and then, but she said that she has no managers...

I have sent Bravofly and Lastminute.com several email and have posted/spammed their social media, and have had no responses. I can easily go online and book a new flight with a different company, however it is going to cost almost double the original cost and I have no idea if my flight is going to be reinstated. I don't want to book another flight and not need it.

I think clearly what has happened is the live chat agent left my booking open when speaking with another customer, cancelling my booking thinking it was theirs. The fact that the company has immediately told me I must have done this and not even tried to fix the problem I think amounts to an attempt to gaslight me - but at best is just really [censored]ty customer service.

Bravofly Recent booking with bravofly from india to usa

I am complaining about my recent booking with Bravofly, I booked my flights with them from India to USA for my parents, unfortunately, my parents were tested positive for Corana virus and they could not travel. I am trying to reach out to them to get my refund for last coupke of days, they dont reply via email and when I call them they keep saying the out management team is working on it. Bravofly Extra Charges - Allegedly from the Airline

I booked a flight for two people from Oslo to Amsterdam flying on June 29. A cruise cancellation and rescheduling necessitated changing the flight cities and dates. I called Bravofly several times, asking for their help. They said they had to get approval from the airline to make any changes. I changed that flight to June 28 and from Copenhagen to London Gatwick. Again, I was told I had to wait for approval from the airline. I received two phone calls from Bravofly in the middle of the night. One was at 2:56 am on June 2, the other on June 3 at 5:59 am. At that time I was told that I would be charged $246 - by the airline - to make the change. This is in addition to the $267 I'd already paid for the original flight. I spoke with the airline, Norwegian Airlines, to see why I was being charged so much to move to a different flight. At the same time, I was looking at Norwegian's flights when I saw the same flights I was booked, available directly from the airline for less than $60.00. I'd been charged $513 for the same flights. Because I paid extra for the Premium Service Package, Bravofly didn't charge me their change fees. When I spoke with Norwegian, they could not tell me what those charges were for. Perhaps Bravofly made them up or conspired with the airline to charge ridiculous fees.

I cannot begin to express my frustration and disappointment, primarily for the loss of that much money. Had I gone directly to the airline, I would have saved over $400. I've never seen or heard of a "travel agency", which bravofly claims they are, treat customers so poorly.

Desired outcome: I want a refund of my money. I'd like a response within 48 hours, please. I'll book directly with the airline.

I bought tickets from Stockholm to Edmonton 5th maj and then it canceld. I bought 4 tickets for 29 518 SEK but they gave me 28 426.

I didnt cancel the tickets it was bravofly then why you talk my mouny?

Bravofly cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances

My parents Accidentally cancelled their flights because they just wanted to change the date and time as they realized their vaccinations were not up to date and so my older parents cancelled thinking they could reschedule as they live abroad they done this without my help. They have lost $3,753.86 aud. this is due to the unpredictable times of covid restrictions. I have not seen my parents nor has their granddaughter in 3 years and all they want to do is to reschedule their flights but are only being given up to $500/$600 in travel vouchers. for a young family abroad we can not afford to loose this money for our parents and all we want to do is change dates or if possible get the full refund and rebook.

Bravofly International Air Tickets

My name is Morrigan Biscoe, I have booked returning flights from Brisbane to Colombo through your company.

Originally my partner was booking the tickets for me from Sri Lanka, with his own email address and bank information.

He had trouble as the website froze on the page were you confirm the payment, not allowing him to enter the one off code sent to his phone.

I then tried to book flights from Australia using my own email and bank information, which was successful and I recieved a confirmation email with ky booking number [protected].

The following day, my partner was debited from his bank account and sent a confirmation email.

He tried contacting his bank and launched an investigation trying to have the money retracted, and he passed on the contact information for the ticket to me to resolve.

I contacted Bravo using there "help" centre and asked for the ticket he had purchased to be cancelled, I used his email and the booking number [protected] from the forwarded emajl he sent me, they then cancelled my ticket ([protected])

I am concerned that I wont recieve a full refund when the error that occurred was on the companies behalf, and would like some assistance around the topic.

I have done everything in my power to communicate the issues that have arisen and am frustrated at the lack of accountability on Bravo's behalf.

Me and my partner exist on a very limited income and having the cost of 2 tickets when we only expected to budget for 1 has put us under financial strain.

My trip is planned for the 26th of May 2022 could you please communicate with me as soon as possible, so that I can make nessacary financial adjustments if our refund will not arrive before then.
