Brakes Plus review: Automotive wheel alignment

in July of 2025 I brought in my vehicle for a 4 wheel alignment, the shop manager said he could not complete the alignment because the camber bolts need to be replaced with adjustable ones. then he attempted to sell me them for $200. thats a total of $329 plus tax for a wheel alignment. I told him how ridiculous it was that they sell the bolts for $37.50 in the same building right next door. So he agreed that if I bought the camber bolts myself that I could return at a later date and he would finish the alignment for no charge. I paid $129 plus tax for the alignment that he could not complete planning on coming back with the camber bolts. I returned with the camber bolts and the same manager said he didnt remember me or telling me that he would do it for no charge. He then told me it would be $ 150 labor to put in 2 camber bolts that install into the strut assembly. and that he would work a deal with me on the cost of the alignment. I am very upset with this manager he is a thief and a liar.
