Good day on 07.08.2024 i purchased a Winston 3 piece lounge suite from Bradlow's Krugersdorp 2093 40 OCKERSE STREET {011} 9533667 cash for the price of R 33.043.The lounge suite has 2 years warranty. Early in 2026 we realized defects in lounge suite on of the seats broken underneath and the lounge suite was making a squeaking noise when sliding. All these defects happened before the warranty period which is 07.08.2026.On 20.4.2026 we went to Bradlow's to complaint about the suite to Lentsoe [protected] who would look into the matter but until to date nothing has been done, no feedback we worry that Bradlow's is stalling with compliant so the warranty period can lapse and they don't replace the lounge suite please help Francis Kholwane Nkosi [protected]
