We have bought a lounge suite and a gas stove online on 27 November 2025 and the message we got was that the delivery would be on 06 December 2025. We did get a delivery on the 6th but only the lounge suit. On the 8th we logged a complaint about the non delivery of the stove and have phoned several times after that to follow up as we got no response and the worst is that every phone call was on average 20 minutes before we got helped. Until now we still could not get any clarification as to when and if we will get the stove as none of the people at customer service could give as any idea of what is happening with our stove. At this stage we are seriously thinking of cancelling the order. Please could you follow up on this and give us some feedback. The order number is: 800122718.
