I took an iphone 15 June 2025, the phone was over heating and battery life wouldn't charge more than 50%, I did make them aware in the store but they said ro use a new charger which I did and still the same problem. No help instore I then returned the phone for fixing 17 Jan 2026, Mala the sales rep the WhatsApp me 14 February 2026 to say I need to delete the icloud also a month of haven the phone, the phone has a bigger issue as it will not connect to any internet connection to deactivate it. They are of no help and I am stuck between a rock and a hard place. Very Very Poor Customer Experience.
Desired outcome: A new device as soon as possible as I am with out a phone for more than a month now but still paying for the phone.
