I have made a purchase and received my order on the 23rd of December 2025 at a cost price of R20694.95 upon arrival I noticed there were dents and some other issues I was not happy about, I sent an email on the 26 December 2026 complaining,they responded on the 27/12/2026 requesting a sales order number and some pictures,I responded with everything the required after that they gave me a reference no ticket 1360783 and went silent, I made a call on the 29/01/2026 I was given a whatsapp number to sent pictures and em,ails to they just blue ticked it, I made a call again on the 30/01/2026 spoke to Algero an agent and he only gave me a reference number [protected] saying they will get back to me and they never did. until today.

Desired outcome: I request that the lounge suite be collected .
