I have been advised by your US CS agent after long chat that my 700 series sound bar remote need to be replaced and for that they told me contact local Karachi agent. Have tried calling them and send a email on [email protected] but n response since last week and mail also bouncing back.

I purchase this from UAE in Apr'19 and now I m living I Karachi Pakistan. Need urgent help.
