Comenity refused my payment on May 12 I called and was able to get the payment thru directly on the phone with Comenity. I then discovered they are charging me $3 per month for a fee because although I pay online they still send me a bill in the mail. They have never indicated that a fee would be charged for paper billing. Plus their fee of $3 is much higher than others. I love Boscovs but will cancel my credit card

Claimed loss: $6.00

Desired outcome: I do not blame boscovs but do want the issue of fee resolved.
