We had Bordner installed our windows and we are very pleased with the outcome. All the staff that we worked with are very polite and knowledgable about the company, product and the things theyre doing. Everything was explained well. They are all professional. Were definitely gonna use in the future and recommend Bordner to our friends and family that will gonna need their service.

We had the bathtub removed and replaced with a shower. The installer (Diante) was very polite and professional. He did a great job and the finished Job looks great. He also left the bathroom very clean.

The installer was very good at his job. He cleaned up each day. I had a problem with a leak after installation over the weekend and it was immediately fixed on Monday once I called. Great company.

I would for sure recommend Bordner Home Improvement. I had a shower installed and it looks amazing. I will say, at first I was happy because it took 4 months to get my shower in due to COVID shortage, but I was not told that. *** was super nice and listened to why I was frustrated. He was great about making sure I was happy by the end. If I had to wait all over again, I would. Their product is unlike anything Ive showered in. The two installers Zach and *** were super nice, respectful of my home and since I could not be there, they are for sure trustworthy! I will be getting my shower from these guys if I buy any other homes!

I would recommend Bordner Home Improvement. I had a shower installed and looks great and works perfect. The installer was very good and cleaned up every night which made my family happy. My wife loved the job.

We had a shower installed to replace the bathtub. It is very pretty and well done, very precise and nicely finished.We also had the vanity refaced and a new sink. Our technician was *** and he was professional and well skilled. Unfortunately, two issues were present with the initial measurements, so we had to wait even longer for the project to be completed. But I can't say enough about the great work done by *** and his attention to detail.

Bordner certainly has questionable advertising and sales tactics. They advertise in the *** for a 33% discount or payments as low as $89 month. However, this advertisement is certainly misrepresented during the sales demonstration. Our salesman (Rob) never told us it was an "either/or" sale. You either get the discount or you get the financing (which significantly costs more than the cash price). Numerous misrepresentations and false "facts" were presented during the sales pitch. Then, after the sale, it is difficult to get in touch with and receive a response from the salesman. I have discussed the misrepresentations and false advertising with the owner and received a similar response to another customer who filed a ComplaintsBoard.com complaint. I'm not trying to get anything "extra" from the company, I just want others to be aware of the sales and advertising tactics. Make sure you understand EVERYTHING and ANYTHING you are signing and make sure you review the same within the 3 day business day cancellation period. BUYER BEWARE!

I found this company online and wish I would have read the reviews. I signed up to get kitchen cabinets refaced. The sales rep was ok, but nothing he told me was true. I placed an order to have the cabinets in early spring of this year *** October. I took almost 6 months for the install to start and they sent one guy out and said the install would be a week to complete. The project got started on Tuesday and by Friday the guy was not finished. This was on holiday weekend, so when Tuesday came for him to start he could not as he had to go to another job. The scheduling of this company is very bad. I am not a person who like to write reviews, but I see this companies adds on TV all the time. Please, please do not use them. You will regret it. They were to come today to finish my work and I got a call and said the installer had to go somewhere else. The owner needs to get off TV and fix his processes. Do not take on more work than you can handle. I hurts your business and the customers
