It took more 6 months to get this done. There is still work to be done. Zero customer service. They installed a window that is cracked, and I am still waiting for them to fix it. I regretted choosing this company.

Everyone at USA Home Improvement has been great. The process took longer than usual due to the pandemic but that couldn't be helped. The workers were polite & always wore their masks. They completed the job within 3 days which was amazing since I have many windows & doors. Each day before leaving they made certain that everything was locked up & any debris removed. My new windows & doors look fantastic! I highly recommend this company.

The star of the show at USA is Yohai Gio baruch. Gio as I call him is the one who comes out to evaluate your home and recommend windows. He is knowledgeable, smart, quick and professional. Gio will get you the best package to suit your needs without breaking your wallet. He will follow up through the process to make sure everything goes well. Im just waiting on my final inspection, however the process so far has been great. Ask for Gio for great service guaranteed.

I so regret hiring this company. I spent a lot of money in this company 1 1/2 yr ago and still have problems with this company. They installed all my hurricane proof windows and still I had to wait a YEAR for them to come back n bring a part so the window could open. They also installed my A/C unit n I just discovered that my heater doesnot heats properly, I called n called n called for them to come n fix the issue, they sent 3 different people n still does not work. I wrote an email to owner but still not response. Where should I report this company ?

What GREAT customer service from everyone I spoke to every single time. Mr. *** was my sales person and he was very professional and knowledgeable about all the products available. After I placed my order I was always informed of the progress ( since they take a few weeks to manufacture & ship) of the windows and doors .

Once my installation date was established the installers finished faster than expected and made sure to clean up. Had no issues whatsoever with the inspection which was a few days after the installation date.

Overall I have NO complaints, GREAT experience.

Let me start off by saying it took way to long to finish the job, which NEVER got completed, because no one has showed up to put the rest of the window covers on the interior, even after calling and being told it was going to get done and that was like the end of last year. The job took almost a year to complete because of the front door in which the first one came cracked ,second one came with the glass in backwards, and not even in the correct factory finish (my mistake ,should not of accepted) .So I get a new door which now has to be cut because it does not fit in the other frame like it should, so it basically has a gap between the frame and door, lock side, and the deadbolt catches a bit when locking it. For $3500 on a new door/ frame it should lock, open, close flawless. We supposedly had a job foreman but with like everyone else the communication was non existent, except when they wanted payment. I payed out of pocket and had to pay off because I was in the process of refinancing to get the lien off and keep the great rate. We got 6 quotes and 4 were about the same, I would actually pay a bit more for better service especially when i was writing a check on the spot. I would definitely expect better service with USA in the company name.
