Borderlinx support is one of the worst support service and they try to wash their hands of even if they are at fault. Even if you send them a mail on the claims with pictures and everything still they try to wash of their hands citing the original shipper issue. What a crap service. They need to own their trash if they are Bad. Guys be careful with this Shipper.

I've used their service twice and on both occasion it was a shocking horrible experience. On my first experience I choose to have the repacking option as they claim on their website that any package received with poor packaging would be repacked properly with this option ticked. To my horror, they removed all the proper packaging and repacked it into a padded pack envelope! Since it was my decision to use this stupid option of theirs, I've decided not to pursue anything even with the item arriving at my doorstep all dinged up with dents. I buy rare and vintage items and I always choose the best item available to purchase so I wasn't too happy to receive something poorly packed by a forwarder!
On my second purchase however I choose not to repack my item instead I asked the seller to properly pack the item to withstand the long shipping journey from US to Malaysia. The seller did his part but Borderlinx just couldn't resist the temptation to open up the package roughly and tear open the protective bubble wrap with no care whatsoever using a blade. This action certainly damaged the box art print and the blade just got all the way through the box to the item inside. I contacted Borderlinx Customer Service and this clowns dare to put the blame with the customs even! They were soo stupid that they forgot after they opened my package, they actually taped it up using Borderlinx tape. Up until now, Borderlinx ignores my straight question and instead keep offering me USD10 voucher code! I mean, they actually think I'm gonna use their service back after 2 horrible incidence as this?
Goodluck with your business Borderlinx or should I just say DHL?!
