I had placed an order to receive AUD 460 in cash, but only AUD 400 was delivered. I was informed that the remaining amount couldn’t be provided due to a lack of change, which I understood. However, since then, I’ve been struggling to get a refund for the remaining AUD 60.
I raised a complaint with BookMyForex under ticket #254636, but despite multiple follow-ups via email, chat, and phone calls, I’ve only received vague assurances and apologies — no resolution.
I also attempted to escalate the issue through their support channels, but the process was unclear and unhelpful. Overall, the customer support has been unresponsive, lacking both proactivity and effectiveness. Not sure if they are going to ever resolve the issue.
Desired outcome: Please refund the equivalent amount for AUD 60, which I did not receive in forex despite having paid for the full AUD 460.
