I am extremely unhappy with the service from Marara Pharmacy. They are the pharmacy contracted with Bonitas to deliver/courier my mom’s medication. However – I have to phone them every month to remind them to send the medication and EVERY MONTH thus far it is received late by my mom – leaving her without medication for 2 to 3 days. This is unacceptable. Kindly advise the course of action I can take to resolve this matter.
