I recently had an experience with Gatzies that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I purchased a dog door from their website, but unfortunately, it did not fit my dog house. When I reached out to Gatzies to return the product, they informed me that I would be charged a 20% restocking fee. I was not happy about this, as I felt that it was not my fault that the product was inaccurate.

To make matters worse, Gatzies is now claiming that they have not received the return item. This has left me feeling even more frustrated, as I have no way of proving that I returned the product. When I complained to Gatzies about this issue, they offered me a 25% refund to keep the product. However, this offer is completely useless to me, as I have no use for a dog door that does not fit.

I was so upset about this experience that I decided to leave a review on Amazon. However, my review was blocked by Amazon because the vendor was offended by my comments. I find this incredibly unfair, as I was simply stating the truth about my experience with Gatzies.

It is clear to me that Gatzies has a lot of negative reviews and low scores on Amazon. I hope that Amazon takes further action to prevent this company from selling anything on their site. Buyers need to be aware of the risks associated with purchasing from Gatzies. In my opinion, they are not a trustworthy company and I would advise others to steer clear of them.

So, I was looking for some dog shampoo on Amazon and found a bottle of Oster dog shampoo. I thought it was a good deal, so I ordered it. But when I received the package, I realized that it came from a different company called Gatzies. The bottle was almost $12 and was supposed to be 18oz, but I received a bottle of Waggle & Wiggle that cost $5.99 and was only 16oz. I was still charged for the $12 bottle, which was not cool.

I contacted the seller and they apologized for the mistake. They said that the listing was matched to the wrong item in their system and they opened a ticket to have their store removed from the listing. They also said that they don't sell the item on the listing unfortunately. They were very nice and issued a full refund, but I still don't have the shampoo I ordered and can't use the cheap shampoo they sent me. I also haven't received the refund yet, but it's only been one day. I hope I get it soon because I need to buy the right shampoo for my dog.

I read some other reviews about Gatzies and they weren't very good. Some people had similar experiences to mine and others had problems with shipping and customer service. I'm very disappointed with my experience and I won't be buying anything from this company again. I hope they can improve their service and avoid making mistakes like this in the future.

This was a bit frustrating, as I was eagerly awaiting my package and wanted to know when it would arrive.

I decided to contact Gatzies customer service to see if they could help me out. The morning of 6/14, I received an email from them with a direct link that they claimed would work better than the link provided by Amazon. I clicked on the link, but unfortunately it showed the same thing as the Amazon link had. I even tried copying the tracking number and going to DHL myself, but still no luck. It wasn't until later that afternoon (around 3:30pm EST) that the tracking number finally showed as received by DHL. This was a bit frustrating, as it seemed like they didn't even take it to the carrier until after I contacted them.

To make matters worse, when my package finally arrived on 6/21, I discovered that I had only received a single book cover instead of the six that I had ordered. This was clearly listed as a 6 pack, so I was pretty disappointed. However, I will say that Gatzies was willing to let me keep the book cover for free and refunded my money. So while it was a bit of a hassle, at least they made it right in the end.

Overall, I would say that my experience with Gatzies was a bit mixed. While they did eventually resolve the issue with my order, it was frustrating to have to wait so long for my package and then receive the wrong item. However, I appreciate that they were willing to make it right in the end.

So now I'm stuck with these filters that I can't use and I'm out a bunch of money. Don't make the same mistake I did, folks. Stay away from Gatzies.

I gotta say, I'm with the other reviewer on this one. I went ahead and ordered a little something from Gatzies through Google shopping, and let me tell you, it was a real hassle. I mean, it took forever to get here, and when it finally did, it was in pretty rough shape.

Now, I'm no expert on shipping or anything, but it seems to me like they could have done a little more to protect the product. All they did was slap a label on the manufacturing box itself and shipped it out. No bubble wrap, no extra padding, no nothing. And let me tell you, that mailbox was not in good shape when it finally arrived. The hinge for the door was broken off, and it looked like it had been through the wringer.

I mean, I've ordered stuff online before, and I've never seen anything like this. Usually, when you order something, it comes in an exterior brown shipping box with plenty of bubble wrap to keep it safe. But not with Gatzies. They just sent it out in the original box, with no protection at all.

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed. I was really looking forward to getting that mailbox, but now I'm not even sure if I want to bother with it. I mean, if they can't even be bothered to package it properly, what else are they cutting corners on?

All in all, I'd say shame on them. They really need to step up their game if they want to compete with the big boys.
