Bodeaz / Dealeaz shipping issue

I placed an order in June. I still have not received it. I have sent multiple
emails now I am just being ignored. I tried to cancel, and the last response
that I got was in August. This is ridiculous. My order # is
[protected]. From what I can see my parcel is still stuck in Quebec.
Can someone please contact me please. I am tired of being ignored.

Bodeaz / Dealeaz order never received

On the 26th of May 2019, I placed an order for 3 yellow high speed steel wire jump ropes Crossfit Fitness from Rhodes in Greece and until today the 31st of October I have NO RESPONSE, not even a confirmation mail for my order although according to my bank account the amount matching my order and the commission for the foreign currency exchange have been removed by you (SP BODEAZ BOUCHERVILLE QC 27, 00 USD + commission)! I've tried to contact you several times through emails, messenger, even long distance phone calls asking you if you received my order, if you've sent it, whether I gave you wrong or less information but nothing, no answer, no response!I even wrote to you that I would take legal actions but you didn't even answered! At least I deserve an answer! I was totally consistent with the payment. I was expecting that you would also be with my order but I was TOTALLY WRONG!

I bought 3 sets of EarPods from you guys on the 5th of July and today is the 5th of August you have not yet delivered my order yet you collected my money . I bought 3 colors which are red, black and white and I used my credit card for payment .Please refund my money back or send my order ASAP . I am not happy with your service . How do you take 4 good weeks to deliver 3 sets of EarPods ?

I am very disappointed and not happy at all I ordered a slimfit waist trainer on July 12, for 39.00 dollars here it is August 1, still have not received my order, but y'all hot your 39 dollars of my credit card so I would like to know what the problem is and why I haven't received it. Bodeaz / Dealeaz almost 4 months on and package is still stuck in china processing centre

Ordered four items in early May. Realised after my purchase that I did not input my flat number, only house number and street number were given. I couold not find a way to amend my purchase delivery address online, so I wrote to customer service (helpline was persistently not available) informing them of my full address details and phone number in the event of failed delivery. - LA525619252CN
Surprise, surprise! Items were returned as they were deemed "undeliverable" (obviously none bothered to act on my email). I subsequently wrote to them 3 emails requesting them to resend with full address. And most recently a full refund. NOT a single response from contact@bodeaz.com. The customer hotline is a bogus line it would seem - i can't connect through at all hours.

Package has been stuck at Processing Centre in China since 2019-05-31 11:18 despite email enquiries on its status. Can someone from the company contact me on as I would like a full refund now. Thanks!

I ordered size XXL ...you sent XL

Please send the second pair of XXL overshoes...immediately

This is not the first time you have made this mistake.

Bodeaz / Dealeaz returns service

Bodeaz has a returns policy but this is not true. Items get delivered with no paperwork, the only way to claim a return is via emailing them but no one responds. It's been one month and I've emailed them 5 times to no reply. I think it's a scam! Not a genuine e-commerce business! They should be shut down.

They need to offer a customer service number and respond to emails. Especially those concerning orders. This is a very poor and terrible company. I will be writing lots of bad reviews and contacting authorities to get them shut down.

Bodeaz / Dealeaz wrong item and absence of customer service

I have ordered 2 items from Bodeaz. Took a month to get it and still, got the wrong item.
I ordered a two piece yoga set and got a one piece yoga outfit in a super cheap polyester material
Despite my numerous emails and Facebook messages to their Customer service, I have never received any reply.

It is not a serious website. Avoid at all cost because it is obviously a scAm

Bodeaz / Dealeaz ip 67 wearfit health/fitness watch

Received order october 26th, 2018 by usps. order number f215795. package was not damaged. i charged the device. i installed app my on phone with no problem and it appeared worked properly. the next day the device was dead or will not charge. i, m requesting another ip 67 wearfit health/fitness watch that is working properly. i thank you a quick solution.

Bodeaz / Dealeaz wireless headset never received

I ordered 4 items from bodeaz using a store credit I received from a prior order that was incorrect they want to mess up but then not give you your money back so I ordered 4 items i only rec 3 items (2 ) phone cases and one pair of gloves already had to wait for 2 weeks to get items and then i item missing which was

1233-3-BLACK-Earpods-with-Charge-Station which i never received as of yet but every time i got to the website it says delivered this company is disorganized and I will never order from them again and then it has if you are having problems call the customer service number that goes straight to leave a message been calling now for 4 days and have also sent a chat no one has ever responded... I will be reporting them again to the bad business bureau as well as emailing someone higher up ... i am very disappointed in them as this is the second time they have not done something correctly to not be refunding cash to me it is all a scam I will be contacting my attorney first thing tomorrow as he was not in the office today...I have attached a copy of the slip on package for items that was included... this is ridiculous...

Bodeaz / Dealeaz extreme sports fitness band

I purchased the fitness band 5 months ago through a facebook ad. I was very happy with the product and the band had a good battery life (7-10 days). In the last month or so, the discharge time came down drastically (1 day). Meanwhile, the charging time went up from one hour to 4-5 hours. This was making it difficult for me to track my exercise and sleep time.

I tried reaching out to the customer service several times. But I got no response.

For the last few days it has stopped functioning altogether (despite charging).

Bodeaz / Dealeaz the worst customer service ever!

I ordered fitness watch last year Dec (2017) and I received this month (June 2018), ohhh sry...it's not receiveing, self collection actually. The worst service ever I seen and I evem thought that must be scam since no reply or service from them.
Please read full story below words that I sent to them.

Hi Grace,

Let me bring up some issues about your online selling including customer service.

The reason of your product delivery fail is "Delivery advice issued". Since the first time delivery was failed, I was really upset about the service but I try to contact again on April 30th and make sure to deliver correct delivery address or nearest post office which should be the nearest delivery address.

Jayshawn handled this case and he provided shipping details as #R4109, message mentioned that new tracking will be gotten back to me in the next 3 to 5 working days.
Instead of tracking number, I received so many annoying advertisments till May 9.
Then I sent message again about my delivery status to Bodeaz. Same guy Jayshawn replied message to me and mentioned my order was dispatched recently and since the tracking number is just new, I may not find any tracking information yet. And he said, generally it might be delayed between scanning events and tracking availability in the system.
After that no response at all till May 28 I asked AGAIN via message and no reply but still sent advertisment. (To be honest, it's really annoying and lost customer service satisfication.) AGAIN, I extend my patience and asked on MAY 30, no reply and finally I remembered email and tried my luck on May 31. Then you replied in detail tracking number as,

Really appreciate it. But collection date was ready since May 23 and now I am really in difficulties to do self collection to that quite far post office where is totally different of my given delivery address.

Anyway, I settled myself to change collection address and it may drag another 2 more days to collect but very much better than order will be returned back to your side and your team repeating same service to me then I may not receive my product till a year of order.

I appreciate if your team can contribute better service for your online selling. So far I found out this is my very first time to deal with bad online service ever.

I am so sorry for my wrong calling to you as "MARY" since email address is [protected]@ and I overlooked your name in your reply email.

Now I am praying to receive good quality of your product and if I need to repair or change items due to poor quality of product, I am sure to give up to contact to return or changed product.

Hope you understand customer's side and thanks for your time to read this long email. Now I feel better as well.

Bodeaz / Dealeaz ultimate abs ripper - muscle stimulator and men super sweat slimming neoprene shapers

I bought two items from this website on 11th January 2018 worth AU $73 (Order Number - 190260), both items arrived and shockingly Ultimate Abs Ripper wasn't working at all and the Men Super Sweat Slimming Neoprene (3XL) size doesn't even fit to me, actually that fits to 11 - 12 years boy.
I have informed them the situation and they have asked me to return the products with my own expenses, so I have returned them in a speed post with my cost (AU $26) and It has been arrived one week later .
I have been sending an emails every day for my refund and they said as per the policy the money is not refunded and only thing they can do is provide with the credit voucher. I told them I do not want buy any products from them. And now they are not even responding to my emails.
I have tried to write a review on the Facebook page but surprisingly they have blocked my name from their Facebook page.
And I am so upset, this kind of behavior and response from the online stores will be taken away the trust from the customers.
I have all the proofs with written emails.

Just another Chinese website with another cheap Chinese crap. The delivery takes forever, so don't order from them if it makes you feel uncomfortable. Speaking of my case, the delivery took 45. business. days. Do you imagine? They promise to deliver within a month, so that's not true, don't believe this BS. So I would highly recommend you to stay away and find another online store.
