My food was cold there was no gravy and I was suppose to have gotten a slice of pumpkin pie and instead they gave me apple that was the worst food I've gotten from There. They rate -0 stars from me. Thanksgiving day 5:30pm.

This place was so dirty and dusty. The blinds are dusty. The tables were sticky store number 190

The expiration date on your family size original mashed potatoes is 10/25/2013. I just cooked your mashed potatoes by your instructions. I took them out of the microwave and could smell a spoiled smell. Then I tasted them. It was absolutely discussing! Today's date is 10/10/2023. Tell me how this has happened 12 days before YOUR EXPIRATION DATE!

Why has it been deleted? BE had tasty bean soup and deleted it. Introduced tomato-basil---I predicted it would disappear. Had great chili and made it seasonal. Don't know status now.

Gosh most everyone likes vegetable all year round. Seems like veg would be more of a hit than cheesy potato!

I suppose the corp. bean counters are responsible!

I have purchased this product several times. This time the potatoes tastes like dirt and have chucks of black stuff in them.

I completely lost my appetite.

I will be returning the used portions back to Walmart where I bought them.

Probably will not purchase them again.

Today I visited the Bob Evans in defiance ohio. I was told I had to wait 5 to 10 min to be seated with at least 10 empty tables and booths empty I see no reason my party could not have been seated and had to wait

I have been coming to bob evans has long has I can remember and there is one server that I will always ask for

Ordered wildfire chicken salad and Cobb salad to go. When arrived home to eat it found each salad had large chunks of salad from the middle of head of lettuce—unable to eat. The salads both didn't seem to be of quality as in the past. We love Bob Evans but very disappointed today. (3/09/20)

On Jan. 1st I placed a delivery order online and received the wrong order. Ordered the Christmas dinner picked it up got home getting ready for every to be served and the meatloaf was burnt and the rolls we order most family gathering there and this was the worst I have ever got and it the biggest family meal that can be ordered for holidays I just think something to be done compisate for this awful experience thank you

Containers pardon my language s**k! Comes in PERFECTLY SEALED BOX.. but open it up and most of them have been broke and cracked...biscuits are PERFECTLY SEALED all the time...

how can we work together and fix this very important issue...I love biscuits and gravy but will only buy jimmy dean because of this...

I purchased one of your microwave mashed potatoes and I noticed there were some dark, hard particles in the food. We've never experienced something like this with your food. We've been buying your products for years and after this, we are not buying your products anymore.

Less than 2 bites of roast beef.

Sat at the counter and ordered 2 eggs over easy and biscuits. After 16 minutes, I was informed that it would be 22 minutes for biscuits. That is a poorly managed place when it takes 16 minutes let only almost 40 because you run out of biscuits.

Why would you make paying customers wait for 30 minutes instead of cleaning tables? Staff just standing around. Wow. We left along with others and went to Cracker Barrel where tables are cleaned immediately.

Sex offenders and abusers should not be aloud to work here! he's the cook and a disgusting one at that...

This was the second one brought to me and looked terrible and had no filling and was very nasty. It didn't taste done and very clumpy, and only had 2 pieces of strawberries on it.
