Starting to my knowledge on October 29th my website cannot be found online ,my website can’t be accessed on the backend , call customer service on October 29th because I couldn’t log into my blue host control panel yesterday. The issue was resolved yesterday I was told to give it 24 hours and I could access my website.

I still have no access to my website like my website is missing in action, I am nowhere near happy with the customer service. The over extended hold times no one has called back. I mean this is really unacceptable. I have my website in maintenance mode, and and I was planning on updating my website over the weekend, I have an art exhibition coming up Friday November 3rd. , I am nowhere near happy with the customer service. The over extended hold times no one has called back. My missing website front end and back end, I mean this is really just unacceptable

I repeat, I have no access to my website. and my website can’t even be found online , you’ve been my host for well over 10 years and I’ve never had an issue as bad as this. I hope that someone will give me a call at [protected] as soon as possible and my website issue is resolved within the next several hours .

Claimed loss: No website front end or back end!!No access to website whatsoever. I have unlimited hosting from Bluehost.

Desired outcome: Restore my website, ASAP.Your system repaired, and if this goes on for the next 24 to 48 hours you were store my website as well like rebuild it if it must be rebuilt.
