Bluehost used to be great. I used it for at least 20 years! I always got very helpful customer service from knowledgable, smart people. English was always their first language, I might add. The non-customer service Bluehost now offers is simply horrendous. I can't understand anything they say, it's been farmed out overseas and the accents are difficult to understand.

I called to inquire about canceling, asking if I would get a prorated refund. The answer was no, then, "So you want me to cancel your account?" I said "NO, do NOT cancel the account!" Sure enough, she canceled my account and my websites disappeared. Getting the account and websites reinstated has been a nightmare; after three days, my websites are still not back online. No amount of calling has helped (which is an annoying, lengthy process in itself). They say the sites will be back up. They are not.

These people don't know what they're doing. Bluehost must have sold out to the lowest bidder some time ago. What a shame. They were good at one time. Now they are simply horrible in every respect! Do NOT use this hosting service. You will regret it. Get your websites off and cancel them! Better yet, don't use them in the first place. Chances are they'll go out of business soon with crap service like this. What a mess.

Desired outcome: I would like my websites back online faster than the three days they say it will take. It should have been done immediately.
