BLS International Services review: Passport renewal service

I went for my passport renewal application for the second time. The lady there almost rejected my application because I had chosen the reason for renewal as a change in Particulars and not Validity Expiring. She said you have to choose both as your passport is expiring in 6 months. Anyways, I insisted, and she accepted by saying the consulate might reject your application. But even the major red flag was that she asked for my login details for the consulate website, where the applications are submitted. That was very strange, but I gave her the detail,s fearing that they would make it an excuse to reject the application. However, I immediately changed my details. This is a serious issue if they are trying to scam people in some way. I made the mistake which nobody should ever make.
