They are crooks. They take cash for losses and then charge fees that are more than any potential profit. I lost $58,000 and then they said they paid me for a worthless asset. Don't give these crooks your money.

This company is not good for holding your money. I'm having a hard time getting my money out. I called them many times, but they don't know how to transfer my money to my other bank account. They take your money easily, but it's hard to get it back. Their fees are okay, but it's not worth the trouble. Find a bank that can open a self-directed IRA checking account or a self-directed 401(k) account.

Customer service is terrible. I've been a client for many years and recently started an IRA rollover to withdraw and move funds to another institution. I had to call every day to get information because they wouldn't give me any updates. I also asked to speak to a supervisor each time, but it took over a week for a supervisor to call me back. I tried to contact someone in corporate, but the company makes it very hard. Their fees are high, and watch out for closing account termination fees. These are also high. I won't do business with this company again because, in my opinion, they only care about making money and not the client. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I tried to close my account many times since 2009 when I told Entrust that Pacific West Capital Group is a scam and any transactions through PWCG should be considered ***. Now, they're charging me crazy fees for no service. They keep sending me threatening collection notices for past due fees. Entrust warns that if payment isn't made immediately, my account will be closed causing payment to be sent to me which may cause penalties with the IRS. I won't pay any money to this bad business. But, my account stays open and fees keep being charged. When I try to access my account and request for a Distribution of Funds, the system doesn't let me continue until payment of all fees is made immediately. I asked to be contacted about the Distribution of my funds many times but got no response. But, within 1 hour of sending an email to Entrust saying the fees were wrong, I got a phone call telling me I was wrong and asking for a card number so the fees could be paid. It's clear that Entrust is as guilty as Pacific West Capital Group and knew of the *** but ignored it. I'll update this complaint as I try to get my money.

This company is not good. A long time ago, someone who worked for them stole a lot of money from people. The police looked into it, but nothing happened. The company didn't help. A few years ago, they asked me for $400 because of a bad investment that they were in charge of. They also told the government that I got money from it, but that wasn't true. I got mad and had to talk to lawyers. It was a big problem, but it got fixed. Last week, they asked me for $400 again for the same thing. I was upset and told them to be careful. They didn't seem to care. I'm going to tell everyone how bad this company is. They take your money and then try to charge you more. Don't use them.

I signed up with The Entrust Group for my Roth IRA and was assigned Mr. ***. He then referred me to Mrs. *** who took over managing my account. However, I had some issues with her service as she kept requesting changes to the same document every day. I explained that I was very busy and couldn't make changes to the operating agreement every day. I asked for a different manager to handle my account, and she said she would find someone else. But since then, nobody has responded or assigned me to a new manager.

I tried to move my sdira from Entrust to another custodian, but I had some trouble. My letter said to transfer the whole balance and pay the fees from the account. But Entrust took out all the money first and then charged me the fees, even though they knew it wouldn't work. So I put my credit card in to pay the fees and tried again, but I had less money because of the first fee and a penalty. It worked, but they charged me twice what they said they would on the form. At least the account was closed, or so I thought. But two months later, they charged me again for the custodian fee, even though the account should have been closed. I can't close it online either.
