Blockchain.com How I was able to get it back

Scam! Beware from them I lost all my savings to this company, trick me into investing with them hoping for a great return which all turn out to be lies. I feel so much pain when I realized they have no intention of keeping their problems. I am telling you for free to stay far far from here and never engage yourself because it's not worth investing in ; this web should be shut down by the authorities, help prevent others away from this site before they got ripped too and those who're ready victims like myself to maii nick jover4 at gm com to get rightful justice and a refund as well. Note : stay away from this company...

Blockchain.com My funds disappeared for months until I reported their activities and got refunded

I express profound dissatisfaction with Blockchain due to the unauthorized withdrawal of funds from my account, which has resulted in my disappointment. I made multiple attempts to establish communication with the customer support team; however, they consistently sent me to an individual who possesses a more pronounced inclination towards fraudulent activities. One should use caution and refrain from being deceived into making investments, as the information provided may be misleading or false. Having said that, all change came after I made an official report to ecobansecurities .io.

They were effective in getting my funds returned to me.

Recommendation: Be very careful!

Blockchain.com Digital wallet

I had approximately 0.8 BTC on Blockchain.com that I sold on 3/19/25 which translated to approximately $7000 USD. I attempted to transfer that money to my bank account; however, when clicking on that option on their website, it opens a popup with an endless loading icon and won't go any further. I contacted customer service via chat and the opened a ticket and was informed that the issue would be looked into. I made several attempts to withdraw my funds on 3/19 and 3/20 with the same result, just an endless loading screen. Two additional communications with customer service via chat resulted in being told that I had already opened a ticket and the issue was being looked into. I called their phone number (1-888-552-1019), the recording says that there are no representatives available to help. A search on Google, Reddit, and the BBB shows that many people have been unable to withdraw funds, Blockchain.com has an F rating with the BBB.

Claimed loss: $7000

Desired outcome: my $7000 in my bank account

Blockchain.com Customer service

My crypto holdings were transferred from a credible online bank to Blockchain when said bank stopped providing crypto management. I migrated my funds per their instructions and I have not seen any in my Blockchain account. they have no live customer service, just occasional email replies that are not fruitful, like "try it again." "Ok try it again." "Can you send us screen shots of it not working." "Try making another account." I'm now unable to login at all. When I go to change my password, I'm told I will receive an email to faciliate this. No emails arrive.

Claimed loss: My entire crypto holdings

Desired outcome: Access to my account and funds.

Claimed loss: 448000 Euro offiziell davon investiert 220.000 Euro

Desired outcome: ich hätte liebend gern alles bestenfalls 253.000 Euro. Somit komme ich mit einem blauen Augen davon. Der Rest ist Gewinn- so What! sollten diese Individuen daran ersticken!

Is Blockchain.com Legit?

Blockchain.com earns a trustworthiness rating of 91%

Highly recommended, but caution will not hurt.

Our conclusion: After a detailed review, ComplaintsBoard finds Blockchain.com to be a trustworthy company. Although there's a 1% resolution rate for customer complaints, which deserves attention, Blockchain.com is known for their high standards and safety. If you're thinking about dealing with Blockchain.com, it's wise to check how they handle complaints.

Blockchain.com has received positive review on our site. This is a good sign and indicates a safe and reliable experience for customers who choose to work with the company.

Blockchain.com has a valid SSL certificate, which indicates that the website is secure and trustworthy. Look for the padlock icon in the browser and the "https" prefix in the URL to confirm that the website is using SSL.

Blockchain.com has been deemed safe to visit, as it is protected by a cloud-based cybersecurity solution that uses the Domain Name System (DNS) to help protect networks from online threats.

Blockchain.com you are considering visiting, which is associated with Blockchain.com, is very old. Longevity often suggests that a website has consistently provided valuable content, products, or services over the years and has maintained a stable user base and a sustained online presence. This could be an indication of a very positive reputation.

Blockchain.com website is deemed to be popular and indicating that it receives a high volume of traffic. It is important to be cautious when using a highly trafficked website, as it may be a target for cybercriminals looking to exploit vulnerabilities or steal personal information.

This website offers payment methods that provide the option for customers to get their money back, which could be a positive indicator of the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:

  • While Blockchain.com has a high level of trust, our investigation has revealed that the company's complaint resolution process is inadequate and ineffective. As a result, only 1% of 73 complaints are resolved. The support team may have poor customer service skills, lack of training, or not be well-equipped to handle customer complaints.
  • Blockchain.com protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.
  • We conducted a search on social media and found several negative reviews related to Blockchain.com. These reviews may indicate issues with the company's products, services, or customer support. It is important to thoroughly research the company and its offerings before making any purchases to avoid any potential risks.

Blockchain.com Blockchain.info wallet not accessible

Hi,

I last accessed my wallet https://blockchain.info/wallet/e6ab59e3-5bc4-004f-cb62-24779e0e789b in 2017.

This link now shows the message : "The page you were looking for doesn’t exist"
My wallet had 0.45 bitcoin in it - and I have the address of my bitcoin and can see that it is still "there" but I cannot access it.
I still have my 15 word pneumonic and control the same email address that links to my blockchain account and my password and my json file.
When i login to bitcoin.com it shows that I have an empty wallet - but this is not my original wallet.
I know for a fact that the last time I checked my wallet in 2017 the bitcoin was there. The only thing that has changed is the blockchain.info has become blockchain.com - and this is the reason why I cannot access my bitcoin.
I would like blockchain to restore my access to my bitcoin - given that it was they who caused the problem in the first place.
There was no customer notification of this change - and I have done everything that can be expected of me to keep my wallet secure and retain all my wallet recovery data.
I still await a response from customer support after two weeks of waiting

Claimed loss: 0.45 bitcoin

Desired outcome: restoration of access to my bitcoin.info wallet which was holding my bitcoin.

Blockchain.com Fraud

Please help me recover my assets from BLOCKCHAIN.com.

In December 2023 SOFI, an internet bank and broker, transferred my Bitcoin to BLOCKCHAIN.com because they no longer supported Bitcoin. After the transfer, I opened an account with BLOCKCHAIN.com establishing an ID and a password. In the following 10 weeks I deposited more money at BLOCKCHAIN.com and made several purchases of cryptocurrencies. Using my password, I was able the access my account several times up until the middle of March 2024.

I mid March 2024, suddenly my password no longer worked.

I tried contacting BLOCKCHAIN.com at their customer support phone line at least three times leaving my name and number each time for a call back since they stated they had no customer support representatives available. No call back ever came. I have also called the customer support line numerous times and have always gotten a voice prompt stating that no customer support representatives were available, please leave your name and number for a call back. I suspect BLOCHCHAIN.com has no customer support representatives and never returns calls.

When the phone calls failed I tried to contact them by email. First, I was told my account password had been inactivated due to suspicious activity. Then I was told I need to “verify” myself. So I sent in the required information. No response from BLOCKCHAIN.com on the verification issue. Finally, I was told that they had sold all my cryptocurrencies in my account and accessed my account with an administrative fee. I was told I should go into my account and move the cash left in the account to my bank. Of course, since my password had been “inactivated” I was unable to access my account. In one email BLOCKCHAIN.com told me they would sell all the crypto in my account and send the funds by ACH to my bank account if I gave them authorization to do so. I authorized them to sell my crypto and deposit the funds in my bank account. It's been at least two months and still no deposit. All of the email responses I got from BLOCKCHAN.com appeared to be canned responses that were not germane to my requests.

This was a custodial account not a private wallet

In short, I believe I have been scammed out of thousands of dollars.

If you need any documentation or information, please call me at [protected] or email me at [protected]@yahoo.com

Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Honestly Blockchains activity needs to be brought to books. There are thousands of complaints filed against them but they keep winning because they are the bigger party.

Trust me when I say this report them immediately to BROKERSCAN.NET you have a guaranteed chance of getting your funds back because they fight for people like you and I.

Blockchain.com Refusing to completing a withdrawal by keeping it "pending" since Nov. 2023.

I attempted a withdrawal from my Bitcoin account on Nov 28, 2023. It has been "pending" since then. They had a "temporary hold" on my account prior to this issue from June 14, 2023 until November making it impossible for me to withdraw from my account.

Numerous emails have been sent to their support people with no action taken. At one point, Support emailed me saying I had gone against their rules and they wanted to end my account. That would have been fine with me. I sent them all the information they asked for but no action was taken by them.

I have written letters to the Founder of Bitcoin and all the Board Members with no replies.

I want to cash out my account. Any help would be appreciated.

Desired outcome: Cash out my account to my bank.

Contact Blockchain.com support again, referencing your previous emails and the "temporary hold" and "pending" status. If they don’t respond, consider escalating by tagging them on social media for visibility. If necessary, seek legal advice to explore options for recovering your funds.

M. Aufderhar: Thank you for your advice. I'm in the process of listing the numerous emails (back and forth) to Blockchain support.

I think the next step will be getting legal help. What kind of lawyer handles this kind of problem? Is there a Blockchain.com in the United States? I saw an address in Delaware but I don't know if it's real. After this experience I seem to suspect everything.

Any thoughts will be appreciated. Thanks again.

Blockchain.com Deposit for proof of identity not received back

I received a letter via email by Blockchain.com on 2.11.2023 requesting me the deposit of 1 BTC (on the following address 1AMWjt1jXBQYuzZGVNMBNG6VD33fhjs1oC) to carry out the proof of identity to unblock funds to be received from Coinbase. Mr. Michael Conta on behalf of Blockchain.com contacted me and he is still in communication with me. Several communications were received on the head paper of Blockchain.com. The last email was received yesterday via [protected]@blockchain-security.org, asking me to pay USD 15,000 to unblock my money.

There is no reason for the above request as well for retaining 1 BTC.

Please confirm that this Michael Conta is lawfully spending and acting for Blockchain.

Moreover the amount of USD 78,107.35 have been blocked. These funds come from Coinbase to Binance but never arrived.

Documents are available in pdf format.

Blockchain.com Withdrawing bitcoin

Please help. I am in the process of being scammed and I'm hoping that you can help

me before it's done.

I have been working with Blackbear-ecapital for a number of months now. I asked them right from the beginning if there were any costs to withdraw my funds. They said NO. It's been going well and my trading account balance is now just over $100,000. I asked to withdraw $80,000.

Immediately I get an email supposedly from Blockchain.com. Here's the email. I can get the raw data if you need it.

On Monday, November 6, 2023 at 10:53:14 a.m. EST, Team wrote:

Now in checking out the Blockchain website, you don't even do business with Canadians (I am Canadian). Everything I read online says that there should NOT be this kind of charge to withdraw your bitcoin. This is a clear indication that you're being scammed. I actually spoke to a man named Alex (don't know his last name).

Blockchain seems to be a reputable company. My guess is that this "Alex" is a fraudster pretending to be from Blockchain or using a Blockchain account to defraud others.

He continues to insist that I pay him $9,000 US dollars (Canadian equivalant is over $13,000). I don't have $9000 to give him. They are clearly holding my investment for ransom. Isn't that illegal?

I told him that I would try to get a payday loan. He thinks I'm waiting for approval on that.

This is a very poor reflection on Blockchain.com and on bitcoin. It's things like this that the word "fraud" is synonnomous with Bitcoin. Responsible companies are losing a lot of business because of it. Nevermind the fact that I am a senior, and they have now stolen all of my retirement money.

Can you shed some light on this please? Even better, can you help me withdray these funds?

Persistency and consistency is the key to all success.

Keep Smiling, Brigitte Synesael

Claimed loss: My trading account balance is $107809.29 US.

Desired outcome: I would like to withdraw my funds without having to pay a refundable security deposit of 12% ($9,605 USD). Which I understand is NOT supposed to happen. Only fraudsters do that.

This is quite relatable and painful at the same time. Even though these investment companies have been BLACK LISTED they still find their way trying to scam people who invest their hard earned money.

April this year was the eye opener for me. All conversation went smothly until I tried to withdraw and it became an instant red flag.

Later on I got to find out that this is a common tactic that they use on unsuspecting people.

I immediately complained on our neighbour hood group chat to know if any of the fellow wives comitte could help.

I’m glad they pointed me to eco bansecur ities .io. I submitted all evidence and communications with them. Thankfully within a week I was able to get all my funds to me.

I suggest you do the same.

Blockchain.com Transferred the funds to Blockchain for a month. Not see it on my account

I wired USD11,000.00 to Blockchain on September 20, 2023. The funds doesn't appear on my account. I created two tickets and have not heard anything from Blockchain. I need someone to tell me why Blockchain hold my funds and when the funds will be released so I can see it on my account.

I submitted two requests. The first ticket was submitted on October 4, 2023, I got ticket number #4631817. After that I have not heard any update from Blockchain.

The second request was submitted on October 13, 2023. In my second request, I provided the funds Reference ID. The subject in the email from Blockchain has "Pending Deposit..." Blockchain doesn't provide ticket number for this request.

So sad that these big exchanges are still taking advantage of us and causing the loss of millions of dollars in investments either by locking people out of their accounts or somehow allowing for their accounts to be looted and are never brought to justice.

I was fortunate to find a way out of my situation.

Blockchain.com Refusal to release funds from Blockchain account back to personal bank

Blockchain verified account, a deposit was made on 8/30/2023 for $15,400.00 USD. On 8/30/23 at 9:24 pm I purchased $10,200 worth of bitcoin. I attempted to purchase something with it for $9653.79 and was told that my transfer could not be made and that my account would be placed on hold pending further review. I supplied further information as requested by Blockchain, relative to the purchase of 8/31/23. They still held my account on hold for many days later.

Despite opening a ticket on the matter, Blockchain still did not respond to requests asking for resolution on the matter. On 9/1/2023, I received a request for bank information requesting information regarding my personal bank for a refund to my account. Today is 9/18/23 and still no refund has been made to my bank account even after several requests asking for a status update. This is horrible business practices. My funds have been held for weeks, even after filing several tickets and many, many requests to release funds.

Desired outcome: Please release funds to personal bank account (specifically, the amount that was initially deposited into Blockchain account).

Blockchain.com Delay in Account Verification Process

I hope this message finds you well. I have been attempting to verify my account and it has been under review for over a month now, without any response from your end. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in expediting this process.

I have already deposited cryptocurrency into my Blockchain wallet and am eager to start using your services. Could you please guide me on the next steps to take or provide an update on the status of my account verification?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Blockchain.com BlockChain.com CFA has taken money but no transaction to my wallet

Prior to this I was scammed by a company Asai Markets who took over £180,000.00 from me since mid March 2023. The CEO, Joel Anderson, decide to move my withdrawal after taking so much and made me totally bankrupt.

Adam Schlisman, CFA of Blochain.com, requested £3100 to be paid for approval of transaction on 25th August 2023. Then he asked for £1000 for completion which I did. Then he requested on 26th Aug for another £1000, £500, £500 and £600 for transaction to my bitcoin wallet. Then he had the audacity to come back to say bitcoin keeps cancelling and to pay £1200 for ETH for approval and I know he will ask for more and will come back and say it did not work. It is his fault and I expect him to cover the fees. I am totally broke and cannot afford to buy a meal, forget anything else.

I have also told Adam Schlisman to use the money from my wallet.

I expect the board to cover the fees as a goodwill gesture and send the bitcoin to our chosen wallet to help cover my debts and get my family back to normal life as soon as possible.

Desired outcome: I expect the company to pay for the transaction to my chosen wallet asap.

Blockchain.com Blockchain wallet

Is Blockchain looking into its transactions carried out by your representatives with their clients/me, done rightfully? Or are they going the wrong directions, unconditionally ?

I have funds in Blockchain Wallet and that are ready to be transfeŕed to my bank account. With instructions, it was said that there are ,restriction fees before my funds can be released.

There were several messages sent from your Support Team, with Blockchain letter head making contacts with me, requesting for transfer funds fees to close the final transfer to my account. Transfers of funds were made by me but then nothing happened.

I feel I've been scammed by your ŕepresentatives who made no effort to contact me or transfer my funds.

Several requests was made to your Support Team to investigate this move and it was with no helpful results.

Should you need more information please let me know. I can send them to you.

Appreciate your help if you could look into this and let me know of this.

I will be making a legal police report if I am not getting feedback from your Blockchain Help Team. Thank you for your time.

Regards3
