Hello,
i am writing you from Paris , France. I am a long term client of Blizzard 's gaming platform, and have spent substantial money on buying their games via their Battle.net service , for PC . I have bought games and extra material that I can not access anymore, and Battle.net customer support is not solving my problem, they answer for 5 days now , without any result!

unfortunately no one in this public forum can see your account case information. that is locked behind account password. can you post here what your situation is so maybe one of the other users might be able to guide you to a solution?
