Dear
You ordered a trial of our blizzard white, tooth whitening system. All orders are shipped automatically. Within your initial shipment you received 2 packets, one marked “free trial” and one marked “complete program”. The "complete program" is a 30 day supply of our product and you were charged $94. 31 for this when the trial period expired.
This information was all presented to you in the terms and conditions at the time of order and had to be agreed to before the order could be successfully submitted. It was also in the confirmation e - mail we sent you after your order was placed.
Unfortunately you are no longer eligible for a return or refund as the trial period expired without a cancelation request from you via phone, e - mail or from our website.
If there is anything else we can help you with, please feel free to call our customer service department at [protected] and we will be happy to further assist you. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
International customers please dial [protected] and press the “hash key” when prompted to press the “pound sign”.
Thank you, bob

I was notified of winning a gift card and decided to try a few sponsor products. I signed up for a free trial of Blizzard White teeth whitening. I received my free trial and two bills since then. I have been charged $78.41 and $84.36 in the past few weeks without any notification or product.

Well Brenda, Your company is not transparent and open! Garbage product and garbage selling practice. If I don't return my product, unopened, before the 20th. April what are the consequences? I've put a stop on my bank account. Our nearest airport is Stansted.

I have reported this company to the FTC and suggest everyone else with a complaint does the same. It's very easy. Since the fraud is obviously international I will be contacting the Serious Fraud Office in this country. (UK) It's appalling that they are still trading and haven't been prosecuted.

I JUST GOT RIPPED OFF THE SAME WAY. I agreed to the same trial and 15 days later they deducted $94 for the Blizzard White and
for Smile Pro Direct. For both it came out to over $200 by the time it was all finished. When I called they told me that my trial time expired and I told them that I never recieved the product in the first place. They told me that the trial period was what was free and that I would still have to pay for the product. COMPLETE SCAM!

Another sucker here. I am sure most of us read a letter online about some woman who ordered these wonderful trials, and what a difference it made in the appearance of her teeth. Thank goodness I only confirmed on Blizzard White and did not click Confirm on Smile Protect Direct as I already had a feeling this was a scam. Too late smart as the saying goes. I have amounts of $1.10, $4.12 and $100.31 charged to my Visa. I contacted them immediately both by phone and email, and received a cancellation confirmation. I have yet to receive even the 'free trial', and I cancelled 8 days after ordering the trial sample.

Finally reached someone called Matt, who claims he is a supervisor, and told him I wanted a refund as I have not even so much as received the samples, and will send them back when received IF they provide an address. He told me I will not be refunded even if I return them. I asked to speak to his superior, and he said he was as high as I could go in the company.

I plan to write to our local newspapers, and others should do the same to alert people so they are not taken in as we were. I would advise anyone affected to change their Visa # to protect themselves from any future charges.

Same happened to me with blizzard white, I sent for the free trial offer, I received it within two weeks, then they took two payments out of my bank account, one of 59 pounds and another of 65 pound, I can't seem to get hold of them or contact this company, I'm devastated at what has happened, they need to be reported and shut down!

I have just had this communication with these unscrupulous robbing ###!

This is the same rubbish that you fraudsters send to all the people you steal from. Prey tell me how I can return goods which I am not in receipt of?

I am demanding my money back with immediate effect. How dare you remove £112 from my account without my authorisation?

I have just read through all of the investigations with regards to your so called company and it is without doubt, you are in the process of duping honest, unsuspecting people of hard earned money. Do you honestly believe that anyone would enter into such an agreement with you, to remove ad hoc monies from their accounts and that any court in any land would accept that? I think not.

I have a legal right to have my money returned, I am already in touch with trading standards and the Serious Fraud Office. If I have to sell my house to sue you then I will do it. You people are an abomination.

I ordered the Blizzard White free trial after reading an article with lots of positive feedback about it on the Perez Hilton website, which I always thought was quite a reputable site as it's so popular. So far they've taken less than £5 from me, but after reading these posts I cancelled my Barclays debit card and ordered a new one. I live in fear! I can't believe I fell for a scam, I feel so angry with myself and such an idiot. This is what I get for being vain about my coffee-stained teeth! Worryingly, I learnt at the bank that cancelling my debit card may not do me any good as the company only needs the first 12 digits from the front of your card, and these stay the same when you get a new debit card from the same bank, so B. W. might still manage to take my cash. Barclays were helpful and gave me advice - I had already cancelled my B. W. 'subscription' but I have also now emailed the company, which shows I have made an attempt to distance myself from them, I was advised to print off a statement at the bank every week until I was satisfied that B.W. had left me alone and I have been given a number to ring at Barclays to cancel any 'standing orders' B. W. try to make on my account if I do find they have done this. If they do take my money, the bank will help me stop them, and if this works it will prove that they cannot always get away with this scam - I thank everybody on this page for inspiring me to take this action before it was too late, and I am so sorry you have had to go through this. Nobody rich would need a free trial anyway, so it's especially upsetting that this company is targetting people like Jessie Williams, a pensioner, or me, a student working full-time voluntarily and receiving disability benefit. Let's hope that we've all learnt our lesson and won't be so gullible again, nor so careless with our bank details. I hope everybody at Blizzard White has a miserable life for what they have done.

I agreed to the 14 days trial, 2 pac's each for $4.90, after receiving it 2 days later they deducted $94 for the Blizzard White and
Bella at Home. When I called they told me that my trial time expired and I told them that I received just 2 days ago. They told me that the trial period was what was free and that I would still have to pay for the product. I told them please send me a statement about my purchase & return label then I will send you back. So they charge me $9.80 for FREE trial -->end up without trying & has to pay more money for return. She wasn't agree with it & said I have to pay for shipping. I put stop payment on my bank account. COMPLETE SCAM - COMPLETE SCAM - COMPLETE SCAM ! They deserve for class action lawsuit.

I went through all the same rigours as the above only i took out a subscription to BW and Bellaathome, resulting in 2 subs. Both trial boxes that arrived were identical and when i contacted them their opening remark was also identical-"Do you want to cancel your subscription".
When i replied yes(at the behest of my bank) i asked for an RMA and was told i couldnt have one because i had cancelled my subscription!
Its a sad reflection on our society that so-called people can do such things and get away with it.

I also got scammed by Blizzard White. When I called to cancel I was told that my card would be charged $10 for cancellation, a fact they never disclosed in the initial offer. I did call my credit card company, and had them cancel the charge and issue me a new credit card. See-yaa Blizard ###s.

My story is the same, except I had first cancelled both products online with their Easy Cancel Button, within minutes I received confirmation emails stating "per our conversation today, you will be charged $38.71 (from Bella) and $9.41(from Blizzard) for products we've already shipped to you..and there is no need to return any of our products.."
First of all, there was no conversation with them that day because I cancelled online..Secondly, if I cancelled the trial offer, was I being charged for the products they said I need not return?
So I called a BellaAtHome rep who kept saying I cancelled past the 8days for the trial offer because the trial starts the day I placed my order. I put my foot down and told the rep (who was starting to get irritated by my questions) that there is no way any trial offer of a product can officially begin before I even received the product. It's not effectively a trial until I have the product in hand to try out. So the rep told me to keep the one trial whitener & return the other 2. Then was told to make sure I had some sort of personal authorization code on the return label. The rep finally said he would be sending me a cancellation email stating the directions he had just given me, along with the authorization code and confirmation that I was only being charged for the trial offer plus its shipping/handling fee.
I tried calling the Blizzard number [protected] to speak to their rep BUT somehow I couldn't get a connection. I thought my cell service had been cut off so I called from a friend's cell. This time the call went through but right away the automated voice asked that I punch in the original phone number that had placed the order. So after I punched in my cell number, the call was disconnected and I haven't been able to get through since. My cell number has been blocked so I can't complain or argue with them! I'm just going to cancel my bank card so they can't deduct funds and since I can't contact them to get my authorization code, I guess I'll have to keep the products.
I'm so angry that these 2 companies have the nerve to treat people with such utter disdain & disrespect. I guess that's what happens when a SCAMMER SCAMS YOU! Beware of these Fake Trial Offers! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

Nice lady called my cellphone and claimed she represented Sams Club and is offering a tooth whitener promotional for $5.00 and if I liked it I could continue it. Since I'm a faithful Sams Club member I thought "sure". I was vacationing in CA at the time and my husband fell and was hospitalized and in physical therapy for a little over two months. Well, when I got back to Kansas City I saw I had two packages and today when I got online to pay my bill I discover I was charged a total of $105.22 each! Can you believe it? I called Sams Club and the manager said Blizzard White is not sold by Sams Club and he asked for the phone numbers as he was reporting this fraudulent activity to the top. Then I look up Blizzard White website and discover they make a claim that they are not responsible for any representations that have been used to direct you to order. This is obviously a rotgut company and anyone who would work for this company is obviously dishonest also if they have to tell lies to trick people into buying the product.
