On 4/5/24 I stumbled across the Blidz app while playing different games on different money paying apps. I didn't understand how to use the app so I tried cashing out and instead was automatically enrolled into the Blidz+ club for 12.99/month after a 3 day "free trial". So I tried cancelling my account and I removed my bank info. However on 4/5/24, 6/14/24, 7/14/24 Blidz successfully charged me 12.99. On 5/14/24 I had my card locked when Blidz tried to charge me 12.99 again. After the charge on 7/14, I emailed Blidz support on 7/17/24 demanding a refund for only 2 months and removing my account and bank info... again. However Blidz responded saying due to fraud protection they could not cancel my account and gave me the steps to do so. However I have done these steps twice now and again Blidz is successful at taking money from me.

Claimed loss: 38.97

Desired outcome: Refund for 64.95 for the 3 successful charges and the 2 times I luckily had my card locked bcuz if I wouldn't have, they would have taken 25.98 more

You’ve made it crystal clear that Blidz’s practices are far from user-friendly, and their persistent charges after multiple cancellation attempts are nothing short of frustrating. It’s ridiculous that after following their steps twice, they’re still managing to take your money. Hopefully, your review will push them to finally cancel your account and refund those unwarranted charges. It’s time they stop hiding behind “fraud protection” and start protecting their customers instead.
