This place should be shut down this is what criminals look like nothing but sob story's and playing place has no inventory at all bout a 1500 scooter that lasted a weekend and they play run around games to not make problem right offered to pay there 85 dollar and hour Price and still they play stupid and place on there mechanic that dosent return calls tells u to text and backs out ...IF YOU REALLY LOVE YOUR KIDS DO NOT BUY THESE BOYS ARE A COMPLETE SCAM... they play you off the love and need of your children while knowing they sale broke equipment and straight lies...love yourself and your kids help boycott birdys scooter and atv in anderson in ..No CHILD DESERVES THIS!

Terrible. Bought a scooter that doesnt run. sent a part that took a month still doesnt run.No one will talk to me just crappy emails dismissing this issue. 1000 wasted Dont buy from this dealer. would leave -1 if i could.

Overall pleased with purchase. Joe was good to work with.. ATV assembly was straightforward with the accompanying DVD. Minor issue with the spark plug but otherwise no hitches with assembly and use and the ATV was otherwise ready to run.
I purchased dirt bikes online as presents for my kids
I purchased dirt bikes online as presents for my kids. They did not arrive with the certificates of origin as required by law. I contacted Joe 17 times over the course of 4 months trying to get these. In the meantime, my kids were not able to use these bikes as they could not be registered. All I got was the run around and once they got my money, they could care less about customer service.

I placed an online order over a week ago and this "joe" refuses to give me updates
I placed an online order over a week ago and this "joe" refuses to give me updates. Prior to the purchase, joe was more than happy to respond fast but right after they take your money, communication dies. They claimed to have "rush processing" but in reality, processing takes over a week. It is day 7 and i still have not received an update with the tracking. Before purchasing, joe guaranteed the order to arrive within 5-7 days. It has been 7 days and the order still has not even shipped. They also advertise they honor price matching but they refuse to help when you find a better vendor with cheaper pricing and faster shipping. All they do is claim " our warranty is better" which i highly doubt due to lack of communication right after they take your money.
