BioLife Plasma Services review: Deferred retaliation against me

I have been donating since February 2026. a couple of days ago I had a problem with my schedule, so I went in and ask one of the nurses about it. I couldn't understand her to well so I kept telling her that it must be wrong, she looked very annoyed with me I guess because I really wasn't understanding what she was telling me. So, I left and came back 2 days later like she told me. When I get there, another nurse took me to a room and started acting very weird with me. She had such an attitude and started asking me all this questions about my health. mind you I already went to the process of the medical screening 4 months ago. So, she started telling me oh you sound really congested so she checked my breathing/lungs, and it was perfect then she started making up that I have allergies so therefore I could not donate ever again. I was absolutely not congested didn't have a runny nose just nothing I was perfectly fine. So, this nurse at biolife in Ogden, UT deferred me for life for absolutely no reason just because the nurse that I spoke to about my schedule and was frustrated with me asking question got their little ego hurt so went on to tell the other nurse and when I went back 2 days later they differed me for life under false pretenses that they themselves made up.
