Sunday the 5th I tried donating like airways...2x a week for over a year now. To make s long story short bc this is my 3rd attempt at touching base with you all... Bc if the employees lack of knowledge therefore lack of training... It cost me 60 bucks and money I count in every week... Yes I want compensated please reach out and i'll explain... I just started as a new donor in Nov 2023.dec 15 my plus was high they made me sit and wait.when I went to get my pressure take too see if my plus went down Desiree retook it snatch the pressure cup off me and said it's not down enough and we don't do for the third time.jan 12 as I was finishing donating the bell rang on the machine she was taking care of another client ok I knew I had to wait.she took the blood too the back wipe down the chair then went back too the back .the machine beeped 4 tx and I sitting there with the needle in my arm I turned around and said can someone take this needle out I am finished.rhennshe said I am coming.i love coming too the center she keep targeting me and I didn't do nothing too her.she makes me feel uncomfortable.i know everyone has bad days.but when you are dealing with the public you should have a better attitude.everyone else there is very curiously.i don't want too address her because it will not be proper.i really need too be address.because she makes me feel very uncomfortable too where I do not want her too do anything physical too me dealing in the facility of bio life.please address this issue thank you
