Billion Stars Express review: I feel cheated

PLS RESPONSE IN 48 HOURS OR I WILL REPORT TO POLICE I WAS CHEATED. 19 FEB 2020. 11:15PM BUS NUMBER AHE9559. BILLION STARS. I buy the tickets from one utama to Singapore woodlands. When 20 FEB 2020 4:20am，Junction Customs, still far from the border customs office，but the bus driver tell to all passengers, 8person include me . We need take our every Baggage and walk in side OUR SELF because THIS BUS NOT WILL BE DRIVE IN SIDE. My leg got problem and it's very painful, I'm unhappy about this. MAYBE I SHOULD GO SEE DOCTOR AND DRIVER NEED PAY FOR THIS! RIGHT！？！ And the bus driver AHE9559 tell us oso after that go to platform 15 and show the bus ticket to the driver over there and we can Continue the journey without any payment. BUT IT'S NOT WORKING! The driver over there tell us it's not same company.we can't pass. It's FUNNY!?!? Now I need find another way my self and here asking! there checking! double confirm any think !MY LEG IS VERY PAINFUL!
