received a invoice for a product I never ordered or received
Ask their office several times to take me off their call list. Ive blocked several of the phone numbers they use and days later receive a invoice for products I never ordered or received. I have threats that I saved on my voice mail saying I need to resolve the payment or it will harm my credit lol! Good luck. Just google this company and you will find several reveiws of companies and individuals having this same problem with them
Harrassment
This company hires sales people who harrass customers. The salesman called repeatedly, even using some type of trick to change the phone number of the caller ID so that the number showed my own home phone number. I will NEVER do business with this company again. When I called to complain about the tactics sales people use, the owner got into a shouting match with me. AVOID!
My name is Roger Schmidt, and I am a customer service representative here at Big State Industrial Supply. I am sorry to hear of the issue you are having with your salesman. My records indicate we spoke on February 7th. At that time I explained that we do not employ any salesmen, nor do we make any sales calls. We are a local distribution warehouse here in Riverside, Ca. Your order was submitted to us by Lane Industrial Supply, LLC. I did submit a salesman complaint form to them and on your behalf requested all sales calls cease and desist. I find the description of events you are experiencing with this sales company disturbing and frustrating, however, we are two separate entities. I am very sure none of our owners got into any shouting match with you, again, this may have been a Lane Industrial Supply representative you are referring to? In any event, I will contact you to get an update on the situation and see if there is anything more I can do to help you get this outside issue resolved.

Abusive sales phone calls - then to get rid of we agreed to purchase a couple of items that never came. The collection departement started calling to collect to find our products were delivered somewhere else. They don't care - and want the money.
