Abusive sales phone calls - then to get rid of we agreed to purchase a couple of items that never came. The collection departement started calling to collect to find our products were delivered somewhere else. They don't care - and want the money. After they were no longer needed we found them at a neighboring location.
We no longer need them - they wouldn't take them back and have harassed endlessly by phone calls, seven in one evening.
The abusive calls are outragious.
Please stop this kind of business.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I agree with all the comments on here. I was stupid and ordered a couple of things from them to shut the salesman up so I could get off the phone. Never paid them and they continued to call everyday even after hours up to 9pm CST. I sent 3 cease and desist letter to the company and they were either ignored or thrown in the trash and they still continued to call. Filed a complaint with the California BBB and they still denied getting the letters and BBB closed the case. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!
Agree with the above. Have filed a BBB complaint. Be aware they will continually call and push products you don't use and then to top it off they verbally abuse you if you don't place an order. Their specialty is not tools but customer harassment!
Do not buy from this company. They have nothing to offer but absolute harassment. I cannot believe they are allowed to stay in business. I cannot believe they call different phone numbers trying to get a response. At one point they sent me supplies that I did not order. Thankfully no one would accept the shipment and it was refused.
Where is the better business bureau when you need them? They have forced me to always screen my calls.

We received numerous phone calls from sales after purchasing poor quality products. The calls were harassing and annoying. After many failed attempts to sell us anything, one salesman "Joe Brown", decided to just place an order for over $800 on behalf of our company "without verification." I imagine he was hoping we wouldn't notice this and pay it anyways. WRONG! However, after contacting Big State they promptly processed a return at no cost to our company (as it should be) and also notated our account to never have another order shipped without verification.
Don't listen to Bob or anyone who says this company is legit or good for anything. I bought drill bits two years ago and it was the biggest mistake I ever made ever. They call back and beg you to buy something and if you tell them "no thanks" they turn belligerent and berate you to no end. And the last thing you want to do is give them your phone number or buy something.. you will regret it. Here we are two years later and I still get different idiots calling me weekly...! They will make you go and have your number changed.

The salesmen are all independent contractors and will promise you anything to get a sale.
The great deals are exaggerated.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Agree - same pushy sales tactics, they won't tell you who they are when they call, even when you ask. ( "You don't recognize the voice ?" Then the crude jokes, and finally the offerings of "great deals" on exaggerated quality products that I can buy locally just as easily.
I've been harassed by their salesmen for over a decade myself. Usually very pushy, they all sound the same no matter who they are. Must be their quality training, they all act like they're your best friend that you haven't seen in a while "do you recognize the voice ?" In the past I bought a few blades from them that ended up being slightly warped and no good for finish work. They were good about refunding the price of the blades.
This morning's call was the worst yet. When I told the salesman that I had just received a call from them yesterday I was told "I have more competition than you do" and "I hate to ruin your F#@%g day". Then when I told him that he would understand why I would have to go now and thanks for calling I was told, "you're not welcome".
This is the first time one of their salesman used vulgar language and was rude in their acknowledgement of my ending the call. I deem this to be truly abusive.
