I got my brake fluid exchanged and oil change done on June . Leaving i noticed my TPMS light was on. SO i went back . The mechanic, Matthew, that "worked" his name is on my car said that it would reset itself, after putting more air in my tires. Which i found out was not true. It has to be manually rest. So unneeded air was put in my tires. Then i leave again and got on the highway. Every little bump i went over my front end was scraping the ground. I called asking WTH did they do to my car. I was told, well the tires were rotated. Knowing that wasn't the reason why. Slowed down as much as possible till i could get off the highway. Looked under my car to see my skid plate hanging.
Took my car back the next day. Long story short, this is a leased car. Told them i wanted a new skid plate since it now was scraped up. Was told the manager needed to get a hold of his boss. And that his boss was not going to be happy because of a "[censored] mistake". But that he had to get permission to order a new plate. That i would hear from him the following week. Which was a holiday week. So i tried to be understanding on the length of time it was taking for them to get back a hold of me. Here it is July 22nd and still no call! so i attempted to call and speak to the manager. After calling this morning and telling the lady why i was calling, i sat on the phone for over 15 minutes to no avail. Needless to say i am pretty upset that they have not reached out to me and that i had to reach out to them. Then being put on hold. Neither of my cars will return to Big O Tires and i will definitely make sure others know of my experience at this facility.
