Big Fish Games unauthorized paypal charges from big fish games

Dear Big Fish Games

I am a big fan of your company because of your great games until I bought one game from you last December 5, 2015 and then from the month of January 5 and February 5, 2016, I am charged with games I never bought!

Please see attached file of my Paypal invoice and credit card bill.

If you guys want your company to last, please stop using sneaky tactics to rob your honest customers like me. I trusted you guys to protect my account and you abused me. Because of this incident I demand a refund and please I do not want this to happen again.

Hoping for your immediate response regarding this matter. Thank you

Big Fish Games unauthorised debit on credit card

I've never signed up for anything with BGF but they put a debit on my credit card every month. Last month I paid ZAR 75.00 and then ZAR 675.00 for another *How To Unsubscribe* but to my surprise BGF put the debit through this am! Totally fed up with this!

Big Fish Games payment information hacked again

Well, history repeats itself with Big Fish. This is the Second Time our credit card was hacked. The first time was a year ago in October/2014. My wife's account was hacked. When she notified BFG of the security breach and that she subsequently had cancelled her BFG Game Club Membership, she received a condescending response from your Customer Support Staff filled with rhetoric and a hollow apology about cancelling her account. And of course a complete denial that this was the fault of BFG. Honestly, I thought she may have overacted. So in March/2015, thinking it was safe, I opened my own account at BFG. I foolishly thought that not joining the Game Club and purchasing games without having my payment information kept on file would be safer. Well, I was wrong and as usual, my wife was right. My credit card information was hacked by someone attempting to make purchases with that card. A credit card that was not used for any other charges or online purchases but the purchase of Big Fish Games. The only charges in common in both instances and on both of our credit cards – game purchases from Big Fish Games. Coincidence? Hardly. Not your firms fault? You have got to be kidding! Stay far away from BFG. They may have the monopoly on PC Games, but there are other more reputable firms out there. Hopefully soon, more people will realize what ### they are and find other more enjoyable activities to take their time. I know we have.

BFG has made it virtually impossible to cancel your subscription. I have been at it over a year, and they continue to bill me. Their new, so called "form" for and email cancellation, (found no other way) REQUIRED and order number. Well, accounts do not have order numbers, and the form would not allow the email to be sent. Tried again. This time, it wanted credit card information - I paid with pay pal - and there is no credit card information for that, and typing Pay Pal did not work. So, using the form was a joke. Searched and found an e-mail under customer support, you know, the one that says "IIf you don't hear from us..." so I sent an email to that address. Immediate response from them to use this form, and they gave me the link. Any guesses? Yup. Right back to the same form.
And, just as an aside, why are we NOT allowed to pursue a class action suit? That, all by itself, sounds pretty illegal. But, the catch in this might be for all of us who have used BFG for many years and been fleeced by them, to go back and see what the terms and conditions were THEN, and see if that restriction was in place when we started with them. If it was not, I would think a class action suit might still be an option for us "old timers" here.

Big Fish Games unauthorized charges

Big Fish Games has a game club. It costs $6.99 per month unless you cancel. I have separate accts for my kids and myself. ALL of our game clubs are inactive and have been.
Big Fish has helped themselves into my Paypal acct and has removed game club money for ALL of these accts every single month. One deactivated acct has racked up a bill of $79. These are unauthorized charges.
Apparently I have discovered this is a common illegal practice for Big Fish. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau as well. When people have canceled memberships and inactive accts, you do NOT have permission to take money from me. It is stealing. I will never purchase from this company again and its too bad. I was enjoying games along with my kids for several years. They just lost 5 customers. Thieves.

I have just now realized that they have been withdrawing $6.99 from my Paypal account every month since my last (and only) purchase (I don't use my Paypal account very often...). This is a real rip-off, I never agreed to any subscription at the time!

Two games: Twisted Lands ( Bonus Chapter), and Nightmare Adventures: The witches Prison have frozen (crashed?) less than half way through. They are both downloaded onto an iPad 2.

Big Fish Games unaware of monthly fee

I purchased a game about 6 months ago and ever since then this company has been charging me $7.27 a month for something I had no idea about.
I finally found out it was for the newsletter, but I am extremely upset to not have been told in the first place when I had originally bought my game.
I would really appreciate if you give my money back! I have two young children, so at the moment we need all the money (that we are rightfully entitled to) we have!

Same thing happened to me. I hope people will realize that this site does not lead to anyone at Big Fish Games. It is only a consumer awareness website. There should be litigation taken about this company and its practices. Not right. I want my money back, as well, $44.70.

Big Fish Games unauthorized recurring charges

My wife purchased 2 games from them a month apart using the same credit card (mine). These were meant to be one time game purchases. Without clearly telling her that she is subscribed to their game club they started charging my card $6.99 for what appears to be a monthly subscription. Even more funnily they started charging us the fees 2 separate times each month on the same card effectively making it like 2 subscriptions when we did not want even one. Conveniently there is no email from them welcoming us to this so called game club or mentioning the subscription charges and order placed. The only mails that she gets are the general marketing mails for other games. Now when I reviewed my statement 3 months later I found out this and have to get on the phone with them and my credit card company to sort it out. What a scam using the fine print and cleverly not e-mailing info on charges but only marketing material

Big Fish Games unexpected charges on credit card

I noticed that my Credit Card is being charged periodically for samll amount of money in benefit of something called Bigfishgames. I don't remember subscribing for nor receiving any on going service from it. There is a possibility I've bought some game once in a past from it, but I'm sure it was one-off deal, not on-going subscription. I consider this being a fraud or unhonest business. Working with bank on getting it investigated at the moment.

an amount of R659.99 has been taken off my credit card acc for the last 5 months from ziinga.com i bought a game once and payed a once off fee but this amount has been going off my acc how do i stop it and how do i get my money back?

Big Fish Games won't let me play games I paid for!

I bought a game under a new email with new credit card and the company won't let it load as a purchased game. It just keeps trying to load it under an old email/user address that has an old non-functioning credit card with that old account! No matter what I do it won't let me play the game after the trial download/purchase of the game. They are just evil and don't care about the customer at all. I've been affiliated with them for over 7 years but this is the last straw. NO MORE WILL BIG FISH GAMES MESS WITH ME! I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau in my state. They are a rip off company.

Please give me back my Big Fish account. I have bought soooo many games from 2009 on... Now when I try to get on B.F. and sign in, it says they con't recognized it! My e-mail is: lillygirl1956@yahoo.com.. I want to play my old games as well as buy new ones!

I just purchased a game from them yesterday. The download link they gave me was for the demo version of the game, not the full version. It tells me I have the full version and unlimited play but clearly I don't. So I wrote them right away. They usually get right back to me when I ask any other question but it's been a full day now and still no response and no solution to the problem.

After I closed my Big Fish account following 127 orders from February 2008, I have been unable to operate any games from Big Fish. I can download but not activate.
Even disks that I received over the period cannot be activated. My felling, and I have stated it to Big Fish, is that they put a block on my email so that I cannot play without resurrecting my account. They keep giving me error numbers and emails stating what I need to do, but nothing works.
I have the same feeling about Big Fish. They have become too big and forget who it was that made them big. It was us, the customers, but as you say they do not give a stuff about us. Bruce Ballenger

I have had midnight castle for a long time, I was up on the game.Yesterday I was sick and did not go onto my IPad, today when I went into the game I am back almost at the beginning.I want to go back to where I was I have spend a lot of money on this games

I had been a member of Big Fish Games since June 2008 and have paid through direct Debit monthly. I have purchased 55 games. I have not redeemed all these games during my membership. Late 2013 I cancelled my membership. Since then I have not been able to download and activate any games from my purchase list or any new games using my outstanding credits. I have tried on each of 3 computers and the result is always the same, The error comes up to prevent activation. I wrote to Big Fish asking if there was a connection between my cancellation and my inability to activate games. NO ANSWER TO MY QUESTION.
I am wondering if the problem is generated to encourage me to return to my membership?
Anybody had a similar experience?

Big fish casino rip off after playing this game for a while I have got most off the awards now out off the blue they added more on slots having completed them they did not show up so I email them at big fish casino got a few email back but they still have not sorted this out.
Playing big fish casino you will always lose they just want people to buy chips for what a game you can't complete because they will add more awards when they feel like or add more games to big fish casino and they say its a fun game to play get real for them may be but not for the players.

Big Fish Games closed account continued to charge

I closed my account with Big Fish Games and the company continued to take out monthly charges. I called, and e-mailed, but the charges continued. When I spoke to a young man today he informed me that I had opened two accounts under different e-mail addresses (I had added a 2nd e-mail address to get them to stop sending spam to my work e-mail.) There was a general attitude of "the problem is you, not us" but I have found hundreds of the same type of complaints about the company, so clearly, I am not the only one who has been taken by these people. I had a total of $104.85 unauthorized with-drawls taken out of my credit card - Big Fish said they would refund a total of $41.94. Big Fish Games is not worth the hassle. Buyer beware.

This is clearly an example of unethical business practises. Such practises when condoned by corporate executives speak to their individual ethics and general morality. This particular practice may have to be addressed in a class action suit to end and prevent other businesses from embarking down this near criminal practise.
I too have been charged for ... well I don't know exactly for how long but many months. This was brought to my attention when my credit card was compromised and I was questioned specifically by this charge. I am most interested in whether now that, my credit card has been cancelled, will Big Fish pursue and demand monthly charges directly.
Clearly Mr. Paul Thelen moral and ethical compass has been tainted by greed.
Now as I was saying... class action suit... just a thought.

I have been playing Found: A Hidden object Adventure, I have bought 48 diamonds 3 times for $3.99. I never did receive them. Also when I get bonus diamonds & coins I never, never receive them. This is not the first time I have had trouble with Big Fish Games, they don't ever fix the problems . I not going to buy any more games from them until they make it up to me. I will start buying from other Game Centers, and we buy a lot of games. Hope to heard from you soon, because I really love your games. Donna L.

My wife purchased a disc from big fish games, it never did work, this is at least three years ago since when she has not contacthed the company in that period, why do I find it difficult to receive any way to contact them without paying a fee from some expert who will do me no favours, this company leaves a lot to be desired, I will obviously have to close my account to stop them taking my money, but I suppose it should be expected, as this is an American based company,

I have been trying for a long time to get help with a game I purchased from them, WATER BUGS. I have had this game for years and yet it has started giving me partial screens and that causes me to have to continually play the same screen until I get enough screen to go on, 85%. The response I got was a limited time offer to get a free game. I want this game repaired. They no longer contact me. I will never recommend Big Fish to another friend.

I agree big fish is just dreadful they banned my account without reason reopened it then banned it again ! I time they told me it would stay banned & they will address any emails regarding my account again, nothing but cheats

big fish casino; i just wanted to thank you ever so much for ruining everything. Im 25 and a new parent. I stopped my secondary education in order to support my child as his mom and hopefully future wife... If this addiction hasn't ruined it... Finished her degree. However I blew everything on this game ten thousand dollars (+/- ) a couple. before this happened I realized I had a problem so then I Tried countless times to contact big fish casino in order to have them stop in app purchases. in their terms of service they clearly state that they can cancel in app purchases to their discretion at any time. they just continued to ignore me and tell me to turn them off on my own even though I could reverse this useless fix. I could go on and on about how it ruined my life... but
...everything they say they stand for they do not. the casino app which i played has a multitude of flaws. These problems completely make it pointless to buy in app currency. For instance tournaments are held as a carrot on a stick to buy more. I found a way using all in game methods nothing against the terms of service to drastically improve your placement. Im talking rank top 100 out of 8000 regularly with only playing about 20 minutes without big wins. I asked big fish to contact me multiple times ... no answer... I didn't want to have to do this to a company that gives its customers A very good getaway and actually very exciting experience. but with my livelihood on the line along with my children's I cannot continue to try to resolve the issue civilly. if anyone is interested in further discussing the issue feel free to contact me. PS sorry for any emotional issues with the post, in the structure and the crying over personal bad decisions. I know I was not forced to buy anything. however there are multiple factual reasons why Big Fish owes refunds to their customers. By me alone it will not be accomplishable especially being I'm pretty much a kid who knows nothing about legality BUT I'm willing to learn. In order to beat this addiction I have to do something about it. thank you everyone for your time

I bought the Frozen Beauty game and when I tried to play it
all I got was empty white boxes moving around. I have sent two email requests to have my money refunded or fix the problem. I have received no response which doesn't really suprise me .i have bought 3 of their games and only one worked.

Big Fish Games billing scam

I purchased one of their games online (bejeweled in my case). It was advertised at a one time price of about eight or nine dollars with no other charges and you owned it for life. The download was anything but one simple game. There were numerous other games attached to it all being offered for free. There was no way to open the bejeweled game without accepting these other games. A month later I discovered bigfish had set up an automatic debit from my paypal account to be a member of their online game club. I never authorized this nor was this an advertised option in the game or download I purchased. I canceled it immediately and paypal was very cooperative. Needless to say bigfish did not protest! AN OBVIOUS SCAM. BEWARE!

I purchased a game for $7.99 on 27/1/2011. I have been charged $7.24 evry month since. I can't get in touch with them to ask why. I see a lot of people are having the same problem. The should be charged with fraud. How can we do this? darrell.

There is no Japansese help desk, so I'm now beggining to write English query to Big Fish US help desk why I've been charged.

Hi Darrell, if you go to the forum and click on the green envelope to contact customer service, they will gladly help you. Since you are a member, you can also use their live chat feature and talk with someone. Their hours are Pacific Time though, so keep that in mind if you are using live chat. If you use the green envelope to contact them, it's an email and they WILL respond.

If it was your first time buying a game there, there is a box to uncheck when purchasing that initial game. It clearly states you are agreeing to be charged the monthly fee as a member. You do NOT have to accept it though. You are allowed to purchase that one game and not be a member, you just needed to uncheck that box is all. It is no crime, it was there and it was overlooked, no big deal. They will take care of it for you, guaranteed. :)

Since you joined in January, you should have 3 credits available in your account. Just log into your account and it should show 3 credits unless you have purchased other games, then it would be less as each credit is good for any Standard Edition game (not for collector editions which are $13.99 US dollars for members) I see you are an Over Seas member so, your cost would be slightly different as US members are charged $6.99 for our monthly fee, which in turn gives us a game credit to use and they DO NOT EXPIRE, so that is a great thing!

Definitely contact Customer Support and they will clear this all up for you. I've been a member for 4 years now and they've never let me down yet. As a matter of fact, they have the best customer service I've ever seen anywhere! Not kidding...I purchase online all the time and I've had many problems over the years, but NEVER with bigfish. I recommend their gaming portal every chance I get because it's so cheap and the customer service is outstanding.

Big Fish Games unauthorized charges - no customer service

They started billing my charge card for monthly membership shortly after I took advantage of an offer they sent me through the regular postal system. The offer was to purchase a single game using the discounted coupon code. I guess they felt this was a license to steal. I didn't pickup on the charges for 2 months. They have "the best customer service guaranteed, " according to their web page. You'll have a hard time finding anyway to contact them at all!

'My wife plays BF and I do not. She has her own credit card and BF has charged my account for her chips on July 12, 2020, which was returned to me after google investigated the unauthorized charge. On December 6, 2020 BF charged my account again 3X on the same day for 21.99 each time and charged my wife's account also. Another charge for 5:49 on December 27, 2020. These charges are not mine and need to be refunded to my credit card . I do not play BF and I have been advised by counsel to give BF the opportunity to refund the money to my credit card before taking legal action for fraud as this has happened before. A class action law suit may be the best option and has been recommended. Your immediate response is appreciated. gefleron@gmail.com. My wife's account is dpeggy678@gmail.com, last 4 charged is 5307 for the card that was illegally charged multiple times. Your immediate attention and investigation concerning this matter is greatly appreciated.

I bought a game last month and was charged. The next month I was charged another time for 6.99 for no reason at all. I never purchased a game. I tried calling customer service and I was sent to a voicemail where I was instructed to leave my email information, name and a brief message, I even left my phone number. I never received an email or call. I ended up cancelling my debit card. Never will I purchase another game from Big Fish.

daag0264, You are paying for a membership! Yeah I know You didn't signup for a membership! Well if You bought a game, and maybe used a discount code, well You did just that! You are now a full fledged member! No I'm not trying to be funny! Because guess what, they suckered me too! Call Your credit card provider and tell them to stop payments to BigFish, because if You are like me, they won't let You sign in to their website! Me I have over 3 weeks till my 30 day free trial is up, but they won't let me sign in to cancel it! Even if I did from what I heard, they will still charge the 6.99 not just once, but every month after! Good Luck! Regards!

Big Fish Games unauthorised debit

I bought a game from this site late last year Nov/Dec. From then on they having been taking money from my online bank each month. It is impossible to cancel from their website. The supposed "account" I have shows a game oerdered that I already possessed from another source and a request for a backup disk . That is, frankly, risible. I expect better from a USA company frankly.

I started as an affiliate to bigfish games, I had five customers under me, who signed up, then all of a sudden my account was banned, i couldn't get access to anyone from the affiliate site. to date they get over 300 web visits from my site, to make a long story short, i forgot i still had the domain name untill yesterday and found total visitors 300 per day. glad to say thats going to stop from tomorrow. they are a rip off through buying games to bad customer services, through to treating people badly. there was never an answer as to why i was banned or even given the chance to rectifiy anything..stay away from bigfish games bad news..

Be careful and read the small print. I purchased a game for my son for $6.99 and was then charged for the game each month as a "membership fee" for months afterwards. You have to then navigate the complex website to try to find a way to unsubscribe. Brutal

Same here. I don't usually itemised check my bills. I just pay. But last month, I didn't use my card. But to my surprise, I have outstanding bill worth $9.23. When I check all my previous bills, I found out that I've been paying them for exactly 15months without my knowledge! I thooght it's just a one-time purchase. I've called d credit card company and asked them not to authorized the deduction. They said they cannot do that. I need to request Big Fish to cancel it. Now I'm stuck searching for the unsubscription of this game! I told my friends about this already to warn them about this "so-called" monthly membership that supposed to be one-time payment of d game. And they said they will never purchase any game from Big Fish ever. Ridiculous!

The same thing happened to me, I ordered one game for $7.28 and they charged me the same amount the following month even though it was a onetime purchase. I had my debit card changed so they couldn't charge my account anymore. I logged onto my account at their website only to find out they gave me some sort of membership card that I never signed up for. I immediately cancelled the membership. They shouldn't be allowed to sign people up for a membership that is not voluntary (or hidden in the fine print). I was thinking about purchasing another game from them but they've totally lost my business!

Ordered a game from Big Fish and it did not download. I have emailed them but no respose. I went to PayPal and you have to wait 180 days to file a complaint and get your money back. What a rip off Paypal and Big Fish are obviously in bed together to steal from the people who order games. I used to think that Paypay actually was on the side of the consumer but that is no longer the case. Big Business wins again and they do not care who they screw.

Purchased a standard pc game advertised as 30% discount, $6.99. Paid thru PayPal. Was charged $9.99. Contacted BigFish immediately asked for the error to be corrected or refund to be issued. BigFish replied within 3 hours via email that stated we had been refunded $9.99. This all happened during a three hour period today, 11/09/2017.
I returned to BigFish Games, deleated our payment information (PayPal) updated our contact Info & email address. I immediately received email from them asking me to reactivate my account. I clicked on the link. It routed me back to BigFish site and asked if I wished to reactivate my account, that I could cancel anytime. I clicked reactivate and was taken to the order page. That's where I read that I would be charged $6.99. I thought to myself what am I being charged for? I hadn't selected a game yet. So I backed out, did some digging around on their site and found, In tiny print, that by reactivating my membership I allow them to charge me $6.99 a month and would recieve 1 credit each time. Then I guess I'd just redeem the credit for a game. Can't say for sure cuz honestly I was so tried, I just closed my tablet. BUT! I will be monitoring my PayPal account very closely.

Bought a game for a dollar and then got billed USD 6.99 a month later. This is not right. Those who say folks should be reading the fine print isn't familiar with standards from gaming platforms such as Origin or Steam. The monthly membership fee is HIGHLIGHTED and in BOLD letters so there are absolutely no way someone can miss out that this is an ADDITIONAL FEATURE for their customers. Sneaking in a clause in hopes that customers would somehow "miss out some details" and then proceed to keep charging customers each month despite cancelling their monthly membership is unethical. Period.

This happened to me too. I know I must have missed something in the fine print and am partly to blame, or at least stupid. But I still think it is very poor business practice to continue charging my account when I have not even logged on to big fish games for well over a year. At some point they should suspend inactive accounts and inquire if they are still in use.

How many times do I HAVE TO TRY TO GET AN ANSWER from you's? I bought a game from you in nov. 2016 for 7dollars and fourteen cents and am being re billed ever since. I 've revoked my card and issued a new one so I can't be billed anymore. This happened once before, so I am not doing anymore busyness with you! I am very angry and upset with you's! GOODBY!

they are also taking money from my account I BOUGHT A GAME for 7.dollars and for teen cents back in Nov. and they keep billing me every mount since so I will do no more business with them. I had to revoke my card and issue a new card, this is the second time this has happened. No MORE!

Je ne comprends pas la raison puisque ce jeu est gratuit était-il écrit.

I've been buying games from BigFish now for many years and not once have they "scammed" me. All you have to do is untick the box that states you want game membership and they will not bill your credit card for anything other than the games you purchase. I cannot believe how silly and brain-less some people are, that they blindly sign up to something without reading it all first.
BigFish games are by far the most ethically sounded gaming hub I have ever signed up to and I am proud to buy my games from there. Not once have they billed me for anything I have not purchased myself. Grow a brain, people. You scammed yourselfs!

I do not consider myself an ignorant ###, but rather an intelligent ###. The ### part showed up when I did not read the fine print closely enough. Paying for stupidity is a quick cure. I do agree that this kind of practice is not quite above board, but has been around for ever. Anyone remember the book clubs or record clubs of the past? They disappeared because of protest about the same issue. Nothing ever changes, new generation, new product, same legal scam.

Big Fish Games I think I have two downloads of fairway solitaire and I am having difficulty accessing the game.

I quicklyngot out of the game clob. I could see I was going to be charged whether I selected a game or not. Wording to join is deceptive. I would simply like to play my game the way it is supposed to be played. I have Vista, and it seems Word wizard Deluxe cannot be played woth the Save Game feature. You pay for one thing, you get something else. I like the game. I just wish I had been prompted before purchase that some games don't work with Vista

Big Fish Games unauthorized billing

I wanted to purchased Bejewelled for my wife> I found bigfishgames.com Their site says purchase games for $9.99 to download or $19.99 to purchase. So I chose to download option and bought and down loaded the game

I bought the game and provided my credit card information that is attached to my bank account> What they didn't disclose is that there will be a recurring monthly charge of $9.99, if I would have known this, I would have never bought from them. There was no mention of minimum games to buy. Their user policy I reviewed before I bought did not say this.

I discovered this when my account became overdrawn two months in a row because they charge $9.99 to my account two months in a row. I caught this recently and I notified them and they refuse to give me a credit and have been extremely uncooperative.

I created a massive e-mail to every one I knew to steer clear of BigFishGames and telling everyone to pass this on. They make you believe you a purchasing only one game, and next thing you know, here comes undisclosed extra charges. I just want credit for the unauthorized charges.

I bought a game from bigfishgames.com a year ago. Since then I never visited this site.
Only today I fortuitously noticed from my credit card statements that I was charged for their membership every month! I didn't see any mentioning of purchasing monthly membership for $7 when I purchased a single game!
During the last year I paid almost $80!
I googled for this problem and saw A LOT OF PEOPLE being victims of that STEALING!
Today I reported about this fraud to my credit company and cancelled my credit card when I read they keep charging after cancelling membership.
STOP STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE!

Same here. I THOUGHT there were a lot of charges for games I DIDN'T buy, but looking at my past statements, I find I am being charged $9.99 each month.
I called their billing dept and was put on music hold for 15 min before I hung up. (Now I have a phone bill charge too)
I called the bank, and they suggested I cancle the card. What a hastle... But, I'll do it.
The lady at the bank said 'once people like this get your card #, there isn't much they can do about it.

Just tried the same thing on me. At no point did I sign up for a 'monthly game subscription', and I'm not interested in getting charged every month when I haven't even logged into my account in that time.

Wrote up a quick Email as such:

"Hi there,

I recently discovered a charge from bigfishgames.com on my banking account for $AUS16.07 - upon reviewing my user account I see I've been accidentally charged for 'additional game club credits' for a cost of $US10 that was charged on the 24th of January

Given that I have not even logged in to the site since December this is a bit odd to say the least.

If this is by mistake then I'll obviously request a refund and continue happily shopping here

If this is one of those dodgy monthly charges then regretfully I ask to be refunded my money and I'll close my account.

Big Fish Games unable to buy games!

I joined the Big Fish Games "Game Club" in which I purchased 6 game credits for $7.99 each. My bank account would be charged $7.99 each month. This entitled me to purchase 6 games over the next 6 months at this reduced price. The first 4 games I purchased and downloaded were handled easily. Then the fun started.

I have spend the last 4 weeks and endless emails trying to get my last 2 games. I access the website, sign in to my account, go to my shopping cart which shows the game credits applied, and hit "Checkout". I am then sent back to the sign in screen, where I sign in, go to my cart, hit "Checkout" and the loop starts again, and again, etc. etc.

They have had me delete my History, delete my Temp files, check my SSL, add them as a Trusted Website, wanted me to download Mozilla Firefox... everything but fix my problem. They keep saying it's in my computer, when I believe it's in their website!

I have begged them to please just apply my 2 remaining credits and email my codes so my nieces can play their games, but have gotten nowhere. I am extremely upset and hope to post this complaint everywhere humanly possible.

In one of the games{ Beauty Shop} I have seen what to me is offensive to me. in the matching game. In almost every game i have come across. pictures of male genitalia, aka a penis. after 30 plus years in nursing I know what i saw.

If the person who designed the game thought this was funny He/She was very wrong!

I started getting booted off these games consistently a year ago. I discovered that if I bought chips, my game would run smoothly for 3-4 days. Then I would loose again, start getting booted off,and I would buy again. Basically, I am tired of buying.You just cannot go forward. Very sad.

I paid for MCFHuntsville on my Mastercard and the game did not download to my computer properly the game is so small i cannot see how to play it

When I try to purchase a game it says adding to cart and I wait and wait but its not added to cart,

This happens all the time on numerous games which I cannot buy.

I have contacted customer service numerous times without a response.

My visa card is being charged for items I did not purchase. I cannot cancel Bigfish or contact them. They do not reply. They are an unethical crowd of onerous people. Do not use Bigfish or you will be stung.

Stay far away from this app it is run by hustlers. You may win a little but it will be clawed right back from you. There are no odds only a STOP win button. Bad customer service disrespectful company.
