this has been going on since march... they dont care.
I applied for tokens as there was plenty of coins (I always wait until they are at the higher amount.)
The amount sent to me was:
2,660,000.000 for AU 90, A 49 (check decimal point).
But I had already had in my account:
1,892,568,892
As you can see, on your platform, the amount fluctuates quite a bit.
But you also missed the 1,892,568,892 that was already in my account. This is what I am asking to be returned!
My account can easily be checked as "RAIN", one of your colleagues has already checked and stated the total of 1,892,568,892 was indeed already in my account!
After spending AU$90 along with the currency charge,I received the coins I bought 2,660,000,000, there should have been 4,517,568,000
This is something you can check on your website. But you must remember to place the decimal point in the right position!
This is not hard to check, just look at my account, check the amount of coins that was in the account, then add the new coins to my total and voila! I am not asking for anything but please return my coins.
The transaction date was 13/3/2026.I was charged $70.30, in US dollars I paid A$49.99.My bank details have shown the payment to Big Fish Appcharge. But I don't contest this transaction, please return my tokens/coins that were already in my LULU99 account.
Claimed loss: A$90AU 49
Desired outcome: please return the money or coins that was already in my account.

You have the evidence and a colleague already confirmed your balance. Here is your practical path. Contact Big Fish Games support again and specifically reference the colleague "RAIN" who verified your coins. Attach your receipt and a screenshot of your account balance before the purchase. Demand they correct the decimal error and restore the 1,892,568,892 coins. If they refuse, file a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General's office, since Big Fish is based in Seattle. Also, dispute the charge with your bank for "goods not received" if they do not fix it within 7 days. You are not asking for anything unreasonable, just what you already paid for.
