Big Buildings Direct review: Do not work with Big Buildings Direct

I am filing a complaint regarding a purchase made with this company that was sold under false and misleading information. At the time of sale, I was explicitly told that the project timeline would take approximately 2–4 weeks, which was the primary deciding factor in moving forward. This representation turned out to be completely inaccurate.

We are now well past that timeframe, with no meaningful progress, no transparency, and unacceptable communication delays. Had I been told the true and extended timeline, I would have never entered into this agreement.

Because of the company’s false statements and delays, we incurred significant and unnecessary expenses, including:

Time off work

Booked flights

Paid storage

Rearranged schedules and commitments

Planning based on the promised completion window

The company later acknowledged the delay but only offered $400, which does not begin to cover the financial and logistical burden created by their misinformation. The truly do not care at all
