Big Buildings Direct review: Return deposit
I put the deposit down. I was told they would start the build and get back to me for delivery. Meanwhile I had concrete pillars put in. Got a level platform build & got necessary permit. Then I called sent my docs and photos. Well over six weeks had passed. They told me at that point it would be 8 to 10 weeks for delivery. I had an open platform tools for a whole construction company in storage. Had sold my house in march. At that point I had to cancel my order. Prayed to find someone to throw a building together to store our tools. I was told I have a 2500 credit, however I have to order another building to use that credit. I do not understand why I cannot just get medal roofing for the credit; you are a medal building company.

Desired outcome: I would absolutely Be so grateful if I could have my money back. but at least Send me 2500 worth of metal roofing. I have photos of platform I could not upload them, Will send as attachments if necessary
