Its true, they will take your money & give you stress & headaches, ordered sent 2500,00 they said that would put the building into production. Just call when I was ready. Called they said they needed permit & photos of plan site, I sent both. They didn't like the wood platform we had built on concrete footers. But when asked at the beginning they said it was fine. Went back & forth with the "sucess team" then they agreed to build it but we had to supply ancor bolts. Fine! Then told me it would br another 8 to 10 weeks. For a building that was supose to already have been built. & because I didnt cancle within 48 hours they could only give me a credit on the next building I ordered. Not cool! They stretch it out so far there is no way you can obied by there canclelation policy. And you dont get any facts about that policy untill you ask to cancle,
Claimed loss: 2500.00 deposit
Desired outcome: got a credit or my bext building WHAT A JOKE ! like i would ever order from them again . No paperwork on cancelation policy untill you try and cancel . I will have an attorney look at documents . Then they will here from me again .

They pretty much did the same with me. never a returned all and never received a dimension drawing for the shop layout and the Tyler guy I spoke to actually said he was a building designer. Dispute proceeding are being done on this end. Good luck with yours. It's fraud and theft simple as that!
6 weeks ago I called Big buildings direct and talked to Tyler who identified as a designer. we had multiple discussions while trying to get a dimension drawing from them. never received any drawing from Tyler or anyone else. I paid the required deposit by credit card and now I can't get in touch with anyone with company by email or phone call. I found out after the actions that they are a broker and do not manufacture or install any steel buildings. No answer of any phone call attempts. It make me wonder how a company can do that. Do they black list your number? Very very disappointed especially with the advertising they do
Recommendation: do not call buildings direct!
