Bidadoo – Check everything before you take possession of your item

Won a bid on a mini track hoe in Feb 25 and pick it up in the Phoenix yard. When I picked it up the yard person gave me a package of accessories in a bag. We loaded the machine on my trailer and I left, when I got home I started looking in the bag for the operators manual and the engine owners manual. They weren't there, I contacted Bidadoo customer service and was informed that they would try to get these manuals for me, that was 6 months age, "NOTHING". I went on line to get information on this machine and found out that it was also suppose to have a tool kit that I did not receive. Makes you wonder if the yard person isn't making extra money selling off these accessories and not giving them to the bid winners or should say "LOSERS". To this day I have heard nothing from BIDADOO. I emailed the Manufacture of the machine and still have not received a response from them either. NO MORE BIDADON'T!
