Bharti Airtelmy sim has been allotted to someone else

I have been using my Airtel sim from last 7 years and have traveled abroad. I was always recharging it. But all of sudden one day it was been suspended. When I called customer care they said I need to be physically present thee to get sim again otherwise the sim will be recycled and will be assigned to someone else only after 3 months, however the sim was allotted to someone else within a week. Airtel lies .

    Same number allotted in two companies Airtel and Tata Docomo all incoming calls and messages of Airtel customers to Tata Docomo service number 9035707085 I don’t want lose my number at any cost
