I purchased an Aldo sectional 6 months ago, in August the armless motion section would not retract and was locked in the extended position. I filed a complaint to have it repaired or replaced and 2 1/2 months later, I finally get an answer that Bernhardt will order parts. Now I am being told that it will take up to another 5 weeks for the parts to come from overseas.
The customer service at Bernhardt is horrible, I had to call every week to try and get an answer after the 1st month of not hearing a thing. I would not recommend a Bernhardt product to anyone. Very disappointed, Buyers run.
Recommendation: Do not buy
