My stylist requested a credit due to my weft extensions falling apart from the weft within weeks of installation. Before & after pictures were submitted. Bellami agreed to give a credit for a portion of the cost of the extensions on 10/27/25, we would receive a credit within 48 hours. After continuance request from my stylist for status as it was 3 weeks with no answers. I contacted Bellami directly on 11/12/25, where I was informed that they would reach out to my stylist for update. She was informed that it was never submitted for the credit & it would be 24/48 hrs. Today I was informed that it was submitted just for approval. This is by far the worst experience.
